Description of Work: I was concerned because I was buying this property from out of state, and only had one day available for the inspection. I chose Ron for the favorable reviews, particularly on his punctuality. He came thru--when I got there one of his crew was already at the house. By the end of the day, I had a full report. I was impressed with the depth of detail of the inspection. At one point, there were six of his crew working at one time. The report was very thorough, including pictures of all deficiencies. He also took time to explain all the findings in terms I could understand. He might be a bit more expensive, but well worth it. I will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: I have purchased and sold a half dozen homes in my life. Ron Walker is by far the best home inspection company I have ever encountered. His inspections were the key factor in my decisions to pass on two home purchases in 2014, and to purchase my primary residence (the third home he and his crew inspected). The inspection reports are very detailed and easily comprehensible. I cannot recommend his company strongly enough!!!!

During the inspection, they identified every single issue that needed attention and their report detailed it clearly in both text and photo. I had MANY questions, as well as my parents who were accompanying me, and they were happy to answer all of them with a great attitude. Thanks to their report I've been able to sort out issues with the seller's that otherwise would have been impossible. In fact, the house had been inspected before and the previous inspector for the other buyer found 'nothing.' WalkerInspection's team was very friendly, courteous and PUNCTUAL... something so rare in South Florida. The mitigation & 4pt reports were additional, as they are with all inspectors.
