Cesar worked well with me to help me design my back yard. Because of his experience, he had an idea of what would work and I counted on him to make suggestions. I didn't take them all, but I trusted him to guide me and negotiate decisions that I wasn't sure about. It came out great and at a very reasonable price! Thank you Cesar and crew!

Cesar and his team are simply amazing. Not only are they good at their craft but go above and beyond. I can not recommend them enough. We still have a few projects pending with Cesar but I have no doubt they will be great.

I highly recommend GREEN GRASS III LANDSCAPING. My experience with Cesar, owner/operator was both pleasant and rewarding. Cesar and his team formed 130 feet of landscaping boarder around flower beds with many curves, also points and through a gate. They were receptive to my ideas and put extra time into a difficult aspects of the project to achieve exactly what I wanted. Cesar also came up with ideas on how to drain rain water away through the curb, make the drain holes and pipes inconspicuous and seal/protect the curb color. I felt that I got more than my monies worth.

1. Spent a week leaving messages until he finally got back to me. We are doing a lot of remodeling on our house and most repair people are like this. 2. I told him the design we wanted, he thought it was too "busy" so he recommended something simple. I said well what about a medium "busy" pattern, he said fine. When they finish and I go outside to check the work, he had installed the simple pattern HE recommended. I said that's not what I want, you have to redo it. He said no--he couldn't redo it. He flat out refused. After much back and forth, he agreed to reduce the price by $75.00. 3. We chose a beige color to match the house, when he was done it was a light to medium brown. I said that's not the color we selected, he said "Don't worry-in 3 days it will lighten up and turn beige." It has been 3 weeks and the border is now a light orange, not the beige we requested. We are going to buy some concrete spray and change the color ourselves. 4. The borders don't match up from one side of the walkway to another. When I asked him about this, he said "Its a tripping hazard" which makes no sense what so ever. Please do not hire this company, they were horrible and could not get anything right! Very unhappy with their work.

Cesar and his crew were great. They came when they said they would and the plants that Cesar helped us to pick out, look great.

Ceasar and his crew are amazing! They are punctual, polite, fast and do excellent work, cleaning up as they go! He put cement borders around my entire home, weed block, rocks, plants, trees, planters, an arbor, birdbath, the list goes on! It looks beautiful! We have had them come back for maintenance of the work multiple times and love his work. He goes above and beyond what is asked of him. I highly recommend him without any reservations.

He was very polite and completed the job much earlier than anticipated.

It took 2 days for them to complete it. They worked non stop from morning to night. I felt like I was on one of the TV shows when they redo the yard. It was a complete transformation. There were some issues that came up, there always are. They handled the issues stepped up and fixed the problem. They went over and above what was needed to do a good job and did an incredible job.

Cesar was extremely pleasant to deal with and he and his crew were all very hard working as well as friendly, and accommodated all our requests. The quality of the concrete border is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. He even left plastic covering for us in case it rained before the concrete dried. The work was completed over two days, and he showed up on both days exactly as promised. They had to trim many palm tree and other roots as well as overhanging plants to make room for the concrete border, and they did a very thorough job of this.

I found a stack of flyers for the business at my local oil change establishment. I called Cesar on Monday afternoon, and he showed up within a few hours to provide me with an estimate for the work I wanted. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He provided the estimate and then I told him I planned to strip all the paint off the walkway bordering the garden before he performed the work. He gave me tips and advice on how to complete that project. As soon as I completed it, about 4 weeks later, I called Cesar and told him I was ready for him to install the concrete border around my garden. Due to the inclement weather, he wasn't able to show up on the day he had planned (not his fault obviously), but he showed up the first day the weather was better and performed the work in a timely manner. I paid him exactly what the estimate was and I could not be happier with the finished product. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for this type of work.

I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! From my very first contact with Cesar to completion of the job I was treated with professionalism, fairness and utmost concern for ensuring that my vision became a reality. Cesar and his competent team worked hard, often in extreme heat to make sure I was happy. Well they succeeded! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They came out and gave an estimate that they stuck to. They helped me compare colors, textures and decide placement of the border. They are very easy to work with. The day they came out (2 days later... On time) they were done in two hours for about 60 ft of border. They even suggested putting my kids hand print into the border for a memory as they grow up. Great company, great people to work with.

After calling 2 other companies, Cesar was the only one who was able to provide a rough estimate from a photo for the curbing. The others either did not do that type of work or did not keep their appointments to come out to give me an estimate. Cesar met me the next day, confirmed the price he gave me form the photo I emailed him and did the job right then and there. I then asked him about stones to replace the mulch and about adding some additional plants. He gave me a price and we set it up for him to do the work that Saturday. All in all, great work from a reliable company.

Another fast and fine job by Green Grass III. I called Caesar on Monday and he came the same to give me an estimate. He completed the job the very next day. It looks awesome!

Caesar is awesome! I called him to get a quote for landscape borders and some landscaping and he came out the same day to give me a price. That's unheard of in South Florida. He ended up doing the job the very next day. He showed up on time, it looked great and he even came by a few weeks later to make sure I had no problems. I am now using him again for the landscaping in my back yard. Again, just called him today expecting to see him one day next week for a quote - but he came by within the hour. he will be starting my project on Monday.

Great experience. Cesar came out to provide me an estimate and provicded me with a color chart so that I could make a decision on what color I wanted. He came out on the date we agreed to on time with his crew and completed the work in a couple of hours. The end result looks great and I've very happy with the work. Cesar was terrific throughout the whole process. I paid in full and he said he'd come back in about 10 days to seal it. Only good things to say about my experience!
