Such a great experience from the beginning to the finish of our big project which included a pool and patio re-model. Joe promised to be completed with the project by Thanksgiving for our families visit and he finished 1 week early with exceptional quality. Natasha is a great communicator and Joe does what he says and when! Priceless in South FL! We will definitely be using Discount Patios for our next project.

If you're looking for someone to hire to re-do a patio and/or pool, look no further! Joe and Natasha were absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a large screen enclosure on top of faded and old octagon pavers, and a pool that was in serious need of repair. I went with silver travertine (worth the upgrade) for the patio and a complete pool resurface. Even with Hurricane Dorian drenching us for days, everything was finished on schedule. I also worked with them after the fact to install a pool heater. Everything went as planned and they were very prompt to answer any questions or concerns i had at every step of the way. Also, my neighbor saw the progress and work of my patio and pool and hired them on the spot to do his house too!

Joe Wise recommended the GulfStream heater and my family could not be happier. It is a much quieter system than their original Aqua Cal and heats the pool much faster. The pool looks great! The deck was laid in a cool French pattern right up to the edge of the water. No coping. very modern! Had a few issues with the light but they came back with no complaints to adjust it.

This company is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I called Discount Pool and Patio for a complex patio extension job (included retaining wall) that needed to be done quickly. Joe, the owner, came out the same day and his awesome team started work the following day. The project was completed in time as promised and looks beautiful! Very smoothly! Joe was very personable and explained the process. He recommended not sandblasting as it would make a mess and be very expensive. The pool looks great! Had him replace the lights. One was not screwed in properly and they came back a month later when I realized the issue! Would highly recommend!

We contacted 5 contractors for estimates on our job, which was to refurbish our 20-year-old pool. The work scope was: drain, sandblast, re-tile, fix a water feature, replace and tighten loose coping and resurface. 4 of the 5 estimates were very close in price and one was way low. We chose Discount Pool and Patio because the price was competitive, the owner does the estimates, and they have oodles of experience and satisfied customers. The workmanship and finished product are both excellent. the job was finished to spec, on time and in budget. We got exactly what we expected and more. From choosing the new tile to drain, sand blast, repair of wall leaks and the sheer descent (waterfall feature), to plaster and filling the refurbished pool - it was painless. We learned a lot about the number of steps in the process and the different experts who do that work for Discount Pool and Patio along the way. Most customers are probably not even home when a job like this is in process, but I work from home and saw every step and met every craftsperson. At the end of the job we provided a few comments to illuminate what the job looks like from the customer point of view and how a bit more communication would help the customer know what to expect on a day to day basis. Those comments were well received by Joe and his team. The job also included a very knowledgeable pool water chemist to ensure the pool chemical balance was good, and, he was also very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Discount Pool and Patio and I will certainly use them again for similar work.

Weve been using Joe at discount pool and patio for years. Work he's done for us includes salt water system when we decided to convert our pool and water heater for the pool. Our pool pump just went out, and Joe got us a replacement installed quick and easy. Joe has been really wonderful through the years, I would recommend him and his company to all my friends!

Work was performed as expected and in writing. Work site was cleaned after each part of the job and care was taken to prevent any damage to the lawn. Electrician came out even on weekends and evenings to install the new lighting. Pool looks great and the water was properly balanced when the work was completed.

The owner Joe was on time and very honest with me regarding the current shape of our pool deck. He was clear and concise with me regarding our options and cost of what we could be facing. I found his honesty and candor very refreshing.
