It was amazing how well it turned out. We absolutely love our patio now. Joe and the crew were punctual and very professional. They helped give great advice and made excellent suggestions to help us make this the best project ever! After getting a quote (all fully written out and detailed of specific work to be performed) and permits pulled, we had to push the job out due to some unexpected work at our house that prevented them from starting (all due to something completely unrelated to them but held them back from starting). They were so patient with us and still held to the quote. Once they could start, it came together just as they said, they helped us understand what to expect and kept to their schedule. They resurfaced the pool, bull-nosed the edging, redid the full patio pavers, and put in all new tile and skimmer. We added the tile angel fish at the bottom of the pool, so much fun, so happy we did. All top quality materials- it LOOKS GREAT! Thank you. I have given Joe's name and number to 2 of my neighbors already. I found communication best and very timely if I emailed with Joe and the company rather than just a phone call. Joe was always concerned with any issues and how the work was progressing and returned any emails I sent quickly.

I was amazed by the professionalism of Joe the owner, he had the best price of pool heaters out there I looked at 4-5 different suppliers and by far Joe had the best price. His guys did an amazing installation and always very courteous on answering my questions. I will definitely recommend Joe without hesitation

I think at this day and age it’s rare that products and services work exactly as they’re promised. Getting a quote, contracting the installation including the product and execution was one of these rare events. I called in the morning, I got a visit from a tech in the afternoon and a serious quotation in the evening. After comparing to others in the following couple of days I decided for Discount Pool & Patio. I called Joe back, he asked me to confirm in writing. He connected me with the same tech who had come to check; we agreed on a date 4 working days later. On that date the product was delivered in the morning as scheduled and Mason (the tech) came In the afternoon as he had told me, to install. He did all the jobs needed: electrical, plumbing including digging a 5’ trench to bury the pipes between pump and heater, positioning of the heater, securing it down, connecting everything, putting it to work and testing it. He also covered all the holes and cleaned the area. When he left all was done and working. Important: until AFTER Mason left I had not spent a dime. Nothing. Joe called me, asked about my experience and only after all that he asked me to call the office, speak with Natasha and arrange for payment. Everything worked as it was supposed to without me having to call back, chase service provider or stressing over wrong delivery dates. Joe gave me 2 numbers (unit $ + installation $). Once all was said and done there were no hidden costs. I’m paying exactly the sum of those 2 numbers as agreed. It’s rare that providers deliver exactly what was promised, when it was promised, keep the agreed upon schedules, and how it was promised. No deviations. It performs as sold. Rare. I’m happy.

Great job. Took awhile due to rain but worth it in the end. Liked the fact that they had separate crews for each facet of the job. Professional installation.

Good job. I found Discount Pool & Patio in a direct mail advertising magazine. Joe was very professional (gave us an estimate and was reasonably priced ). I'm glad we picked them. The travertine pavers came out beautiful on our backyard. Excellent Work. Highly recommended.

Discount pool and patio did a fantastic job on my pool renovation work. They were on time, very professional. The pool came out great. I highly recommend it.

Needed to update my pool equipment and resurface my pool. Called a few places where they gave me the standard pitch. Joe came to the house (followed all COVID measures - extra care) evaluated the work and provided a quote on the spot. He was straight forward and saved me a few $$ on a pool leak. We agreed on updating the pool equipment and a good price, the team came the next week to complete the job. Mason came and cleaned up the area, labeled all the equipment, provided training and jokes. Everyone I worked with was awesome!! I will be using them again if needed, and recommend them to anyone that needs pool work done. Outstanding service!!

Fantastic! Mason did a great job and left everything just like when he arrived. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Owner Joe Wise arranged for a Sunday service call after I contacted him on Saturday when my pump stopped working. A new pump was installed in less than 24 hours. That is awesome service and why Joe Wise and Discount Pool and Patio are always the people I call for any pool needs. They deliver with excellent service and fair pricing. I can’t thank him enough.
