I hired Discount Pools to resurface my pool & replace the tile. Once the work started, it went like clockwork. Teams arrived each day & took on the task at hand with awesome efficiency & skill. No one was standing around. Each day they cleaned up the pool area. In about 10 days the job was complete. My pool looks fabulous & I couldn't be happier! Joe, the owner, is a very nice guy! Thank you Joe & your amazing team of hard workers!

It started off slow due to them working two jobs at once, but then it all was finished very quickly! Once the tile on the deck was laid, they immediately started and finished the pool. There were a couple hiccups but the company was easy to contact. They made sure everything was the way we wanted and even swapped out two cracked tiles for us. Our pool and deck look perfect and we are ready just in time for summer.

I grabbed bids from many people, but Joe came in at a good price for what i gathered to be quality work based on other reviews. Joe and his team did first rate work for an excellent price. I was originally going to buy a heat pump from a national pool supply store, but when I started looking for people to install it, I quickly discovered that this was going to be a pain to organize and ultimately be expensive. Joe was able to work around some limitations (space/location) and come up with a plan that saved me close to 1K. I have done work with Joe in the past and will continue to recommend him to others.

Joe’s team did a fantastic job. Entire pool pump, filter, heater, and salt system needed replacement. Joe’s team managed to squeeze us in, and even though components were ordered and installed on two separate dates, we were kept fully informed and every effort was made to accommodate our requests to be present when the work was completed.

About a year ago we had a water heater installed and upgraded the filter system. We also had few valves and an amazing Led light installed inside the pool. At that time Joe and his guys provided a great service. They were on time and completed the job in 2 days. Last night for the first time since installation we had a problem with the pool water heater. I texted Joe hoping to hear from him in the morning but actually he contacted me within minutes on a Friday night. He tried to walk us how to fix it by phone but he realized he was just few minutes away. Even though he was already heading home for dinner he stopped by and fix our heater problem. He was so wonderful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend This company not only for the water heater installation but also for an amazing customer service a year after installation.
