Very well done. The owner Joe came out and met with me to give me a very competitive estimate. Then Natasha, the office manager, worked with me and my wife in the showroom to finalize all the options. Natasha works tirelessly to make sure the job gets done professionally. After the job, the pool was still leaking. Natasha recommended a very professional Leak Detecting company who did a great job in finding out the broken pipe. Discount Pool and Patio is really your one-stop shop for all your pool needs. After the leak is fixed, I am looking forward to having my pool deck pavers done with them.

Everything was great from start to finish. Their showroom is nice, and you can see actual brick samples and when we selected the brick color(s) and style we wanted they gave us a sample so we could get HOA approval. They obtained the permits from the city and got inspections for us. They ripped out the old driveway without causing any damage to the roadway (my HOA was very concerned about it but it was done very carefully and very well), and took all the debris away to properly dispose of it. The workers installed the very long driveway, walkway, and front atrium patio in one day and did an excellent job. Everything passed inspection the first time. They were neat, respectful, and did an outstanding job. All our neighbors admire our beautiful new brick paver driveway and we have given Discount Pool & Patio's contact information to friends and neighbors alike.

Joe arrived on time and reviewed the issue. He gave us an estimate on the job, but told us that we would be better off doing a short term repair as the total job could wait until other things needed repair as well.

Great! The job started just before Thanksgiving. Understanding they would not work during the holiday weekend, they finished job within the time frame expected. I did have some additional work to be done to the neglect of the previous owners of the house, but everything was explained properly and in a timely manner. I am very happy with the job done and have not had any issues thus far. Natasha was very helpful. Other than the initial estimate, Natasha was my point of contact throughout the entire job. She was responsive and very courteous. I can see that she has been doing this job for an extensive amount of time. She takes pride in what she does and she is very attentive to the needs of her customers.

The job went very well. They assisted me in purchasing the tile, which I had picked out, at a discount. The job was completed within the time frame promised.

They came and delivered the whole job, including material, design, making it very easy.

This was a great company to work with. They did a patio for me and two walkways. I don't live in the area, so I was hesitant to have a job like this done without being able to oversee it. However, from the quote process through to completion they did a great job and were very responsive to any questions. They were willing to work with me primarily over email, which was a huge convenience. I would definitely recommend them and would be happy to work with them again.

Installation went without a glitch, quickly and professionally. Took their time to answer questions and walk us through simple operating instructions. Later on I was able to call owner to ask a simple question and he took the time to answer and resolve my issue.

The quality of the work was fantastic. The workers that completed the job were thoughtful of my yard, cleaned up daily, and did an amazing job. I added an extra 600 sq feet of patio space in the middle of the job and they completed this no problem. I am thrilled with out it turned out!!!

The job went well. The work was done ahead of schedule and completed very quickly, they even fixed a pre-existing water leak without an additional charge. Once the job was completed the pool was serviced 4 times to ensure all the levels were correct etc. The service was included in the price. Joe the owner and Natasha his office manager were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely use them again for any pool or patio work I may need.

Like I said, we did a major overhaul of the pool and patio. We changed all the tile in the pool and spa and replaced it with upgraded glass tile. Next we added to two FX water bowls. We also added a heat pump, new filter and Jandy automation. Also changed the old style pool/spa lights with LED lights. We also redid the diamond brite in the pool with a bigger aggregate diamond brite that looks great and will last longer.Next we had all the old pavers removed and added upgraded travertine. The results are amazing and we could not be happier with the results. Thanks again for the incredible backyard Joe. I highly recommend Discount Pool and Patio if you want quality work done on you pool!

From the moment I spoke with Joe Wise and Natasha from his office I knew we were going to be in good hands. Natasha was always available to answer any questions that I had and made the process seamless. From organizing deliveries and the employees to complete the project to even questions about the pool light. A true professional. Joe could not be easier to deal with. He gave me his cell phone number day 1 and told me not to hesitate to use it. When I would call Joe he always answered and if I did have to leave a message he got right back to me. No time of day was a problem for him. He makes sure that your job is his priority and he delivers on everything he says he is going to do. Our patio has been completely transformed and all that have seen it have been completely impressed. We interviewed many companies before deciding on Discount Pool & Patio and we know we made the right choice! We have already ordered new furniture and look forward to many fun filled days enjoying our new outdoor escape. If a patio project is in your future I suggest you call them to get the job done right. My existing pool was totally remolded . I had brick pavers installed all around the pool and patio. I feel like I have a totally new living space now ! This summer my back yard will be the place I will do all my entertaining .

Discount Pool and Patio was 1 out of 4 pool companies we had met with. From the first moment we met Joe we knew him and his company was different. He never pressured us, he explained every detail of the job and best of all was his prices! We only hesitated a very short time thinking the price was too good to be true since the other 3 companies were double, even more, then his price. Discount Pool and Patio was the only company not calling us everyday pressuring us to sign a contract. As soon as we contacted Joe that we would be using his company he put us in touch with his office manager, Natasha. She could not have been nicer. We went over all the details of the contract line by line so we all knew that we were on the same page. The Start date we were given was the week of March 14, 2016. We knew the job would take 2-3 weeks to complete. There were three different crews that came out to do the work. The first crew started with the deck. They showed up on time and everyday that they were scheduled to come. The guys were very friendly and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing. Just watching them we knew that not only were they experienced but were talented in their craft. We have a lot of curves to our deck, and they made perfect cuts and angles in our top quality travertine tile we choose. The next crew that came were the guys who resurfaced our pool. Again, they were everyday they were scheduled and on time. And again they were friendly, experienced, talented and took pride in their craft. The third and final crew that came was the pool service that comes out to get your water balanced with chemicals to make it swim ready. Again, they were here everyday testing the water and adding the chemicals that needed to be added. They took their time, not rushing, even though we were getting so excited to show off our new deck and couldn't wait to jump in our beautiful pool!! We even hired Discount Pool and Patio to take care of our weekly service on our pool. Plus, we hired them to do another job for us already! We are scheduled to have them come out and seal our beautiful new travertine tile deck. We can not say enough good things about the entire staff and crew at this company! We could always communicate with everyone from Joe to Natasha to the guys in the crew! Too many of the guys to name but we told them directly, as well as Joe and Natasha what a great they all did!! We already referred them to a friend of ours to have their driveway and deck done with pavers. We wanted this work done for sometime and are so happy we found Discount Pool and Patio on Angie's List!! If we had chosen one of the other companies we would not have been able to afford all the work that Discount Pool and Patio did, and to be honest we know that we not only got the best price for all the work that was done, but we could not have gotten a better crew!!
