Coastal Plumbing Of South Beach

I hired Zach on the recommendations of the maintenance departments at two different hospitals to do the med gas plumbing in our surgical office. That was 2 years ago. The cost of the job was $15,000. It was done perfectly, and there are very few plumbers that are licensed to do med-gas in Dade County. Last year I had 2 bathrooms in our condo to be re-done. Again, Zach did the job to perfection. His workers were on time, did exactly what they were supposed to do and finished the job in a timely manner. Yesterday, the wall-mounted facet in the master bathroom started leaking. Miami Shores Plumbing was at our condo working on the main pipes, so I asked them to take a look. They charged me $285 and never fixed it, saying that I needed to remove the tile wall and replace the faucets. They left with the faucet still leaking. I called Zach to take a look. He removed the handle, cleaned the filter, re-attached the handle and called to let me know that the problem was all the debris that had collected in the main pipes, that nothing was wrong with the faucets. He explained that in older buildings, that debris collects and the filters need to be cleaned periodically. He didn’t charge me a cent. If every contractor worked the way Zach does, building and remodeling would be a pleasure instead of a nightmare.
