Had a few buys come out thinking they were going to do some kind of assessment on my drain field and let me know what they found. All they did was measure my back yard and give me price quotes. Mike came out with a shovel in hand and started digging. Said he wanted to verify the problem b4 he started making idol quotes. Did a visual inspection of my drain field and concluded it was fine. His experience saved me thousands and his knowledge on the matter was priceless. Hebwas hands in and had my septic system back up and running in less than an hour. Threw all of the other prospects' numbers away. Just Mike now!

Mike contacted me right away and came out to troubleshoot my problem on the same day. I was very impressed with his knowledge of over 30 years experience. My tank had some cracks in it and other problems that he professionally repaired, pumped out the tank plus cleaned up my yard afterwards. I was very satisfied with this company's good service and fair price. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Mike confirmed that we needed a new septic drain field and we gave him a deposit. Going on 2 months now with his excavator and trailer in our front lawn and one hole dug. We asked him when he will return to continue and he told us tomorrow. We asked what time tomorrow and he replied whenever The excavator is still here. Stay away.

Mike Zero was awesome!!! Truly honest guy. I had a back up and needed to pump my septic. I was quoted double what he charged me and at that had to find the tank since it was the first time i needed it pumped since purchasing the home. He educated me and could of easily over charged me for what he did. Great attitude and friendly. Definitely recommend and will be using again!

Mike Zero at A-1 Able Rooter was very knowledgeable and friendly and did exactly what we needed done. He didn t try to up sale or damage our property like another company did two years ago. He even gave us some of his famous fish dip😊 now that is what We call service with a smile and a snack. We will use Mike Zero again and would highly recommend his services.

I could not locate our septic tank for pump out and called Mike at A-1 Able Rooter. Mike took steps to locate the tank and brought in necessary heavy equipment to accomplish the pump out. Mike was knowledgeable, responsible, honest and fair with his pricing. He knows his business better than any contractor I have ever dealt with and I recommend his services without hesitation.

I registered on Home Advisor on a Saturday around noon. Within 10 minutes Mike Zero from A-1 Able Rooter called me. That afternoon he came by my house and gave me a fair and reasonable price. The next morning he came and pumped out my septic tank. I also bought two new fiberglass lids that were very affordable. I would highly recommend Mike and his company. In fact, I have already recommended his company to three of my friends. KR Southwest Ranches
