WOW!!! What a great experience! I will first start off with Wayne (the Owner) He arrived at our office to give us a quote. (I had 4 companies lined up for quotes). He arrived on time with a friendly smile and pleasant personality. He proceeded to tour our office and us telling what we wanted to be done, then he would send a proposal of what it would cost for the cleaning. He sent the proposal as promised. After, all the quotes we chose his company. The 2 ladies arrived on time and ready to tackle the task. They were professional and incredibly detailed oriented. We have been in business 52 years and our office has never smelled and looked this amazing!ð   As owners here in FL., we have all experienced... people NOT showing up, NOT doing their job with excellence .. BUT this company, we will be using for a LONG time... So glad we have 'THE SERVICE UMBRELLA" to be OUR company of CHOICE!!!! They will exceed your expectations.. Give WAYNE a call!ð  Â

I needed a cleaning company for my vacation rental. They have always been on time and do excellent work. Wayne, the owner, has been very accommodating to any needed changes and we have hired them to clean our personal residence.

Showed up on time and got right to work. Wayne the owner stopped by to introduce himself and was very nice. Staff was great and finished in around 2 hours doing a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment deep clean. No complaints at all. Would 100% use them again.
