It was excellent, the guy works really hard and everybody likes it.

It went great, they are fantastic. My floor had vary significance stained from glue, and this company help me remove the stains and they are very transparent. They properly set my expectations and my floors came out good as what I hoped for. They are very knowledgeable than other companies I worked with and the price was reasonable. He knew exactly what he is doing and I do highly recommend him for anyone who need restoration of their terrazzo floors.

From day 1 Frank took this job as serious as we did. He promptly came out to give us a free consultation, worked within our budget, and above all did an amazing job. His crew, Junior and Xavier are passionate experts and pride themselves on doing quality work. No shortcuts were taken, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Fabulous all around. In one day they restored a brilliant, clean and tough shine to my lovely white (with light blue chips) terrazzo floors. I am amazed at the before and after difference. They were friendly, careful and professional as they protected my baseboards and doors before running their equipment. I am grateful.

I spoke to Frank Andreou on the phone about restoring the terrazzo floors in my home. Frank was very friendly and patient in taking about the different options for my home. I'm currently living in this home and it has furniture, art work and electronic items, all of which might be effected by dust from grinding the terrazzo. After giving it some consideration, I decided not to proceed at this time, and told Frank to save himself the trouble of coming to my house to give me an estimate. Frank thanked me and we had a few minutes of friendly conversation before saying goodbye. I will consider hiring him to restore my terrazzo if I ever decide to renovate my home prior to putting it up for sale.

The quality and service were excellent. This was the second time we used this company to restore the Terrazzo on our 1950's home. The floors were in very rough shape, with lots of holes, pitting and staining. The final result is a mirror-like finish that is smooth to the touch. They worked with us to stay within our budget range while still addressing as many of the visual issues as possible. They were easy to communicate with and kept us updated on the process. To do our 600 sq ft took around 10 days. There was lots of dust, but they did a good job cleaning up the majority of it on the floors. I highly reccomend this company - they're definitely artists when it comes to the quality and craftsmanship they will put into your floors.

The floors had previously been carpeted over and then tiled over. Frank and his team did an amazing job of restoring these beautiful floors to their original glory. Do your research and don’t trust anyone who tries to give you an estimate over the phone. There are several grinding steps involved in proper restoration, optional peroxide wash and then polishing. The first contractor I called gave me estimate over the phone, and when his crew arrived after two weeks asked what our expectations were. We expected the floors to look great. They said they wouldn’t. We dodged a bullet there as they weren’t going to do it correctly. We added services like peroxide wash and individual hole repair. All of this was laid out in the original estimate. The owner spent the entire day yesterday going over the fine details. He and his crew were polite, professional, and arrived timely every day. Terrazzo floors are exceptional and once restored will last forever. This was worth the time and expense, as we now have the most expensive flooring there is and it looks amazing. The before and after photos I’m including don’t even do it justice.

Our terrazzo floors had been subjected to multiple carpets and ceramic tile. They needed work. Lots of holes and putting and cracks. They were very clear about what could and couldn’t be done. Expectations were managed well. But the results were amazing. The work was exceptional to restore these beautiful floors to their original luster and perfection.

I did a lot of research before hiring Terrazzo Care Restoration Experts. There are a lot of companies out there claiming to know how to restore and shine Terrazzo. Beware!! Frank really loves his craft and wants the customer to have a floor that will last a lifetime. Some companies will put a liquid shining sealer, on the floor. That is NOT what you want to do. As Frank explained, the floor needs to breath. You don't want to seal it. Frank's crew went thru numerous grinding and buffing rotations. Many more then other companies do. We also had the peroxide/bleach treatment. It was a several week job, however it was well worth it. He also gives customers the proper cleaner they should be using. The floor is not slippery even though it has a natural shine. The floor is also becoming even more colorful and brilliant with time. Just like Frank said. It is amazing!! You absolutely get what you pay for. If a competitor says he can do the same job, for a few hundred dollars less, DON'T do it! Frank is a master of his trade and I highly recommend him and his team.

I had carpet removed from a bedroom floor that had been covered in carpet for at least 40 years. It had been replaced at least twice during that time but the floor never properly cleaned so there were layers of old glue as well as the holes created by the removal of the carpet tack boards. In one doorway more than 9 holes were left. The hallway leading to the bedrooms had been cleaned previously by another company but there were dark purple marks appearing sporadically the length of the hall. Frank from Terrazzo Restoration (aka Concepts in Cleaning) examined both situations and provided a detailed estimate with the various options to repair and clean both areas. He explained exactly what to expect at each stage of the process. The team assigned to the project was led by Xaviar, who was most thorough in supervising and making certain that all expectations were met. He was very concerned about the dust generated by the process affecting my family and pets since vacating the premises was not an option. He and his crew isolated the areas so thoroughly that minimal dust affected other living areas. The entire crew was very respectful of my home. I was delighted to see when the project was completed that what had previously been a stained and discolored eyesore with about 200 nail holes had become a beautifully restored example of a craft no longer followed in modern residential construction. Frank, the owner, was available at all times to answer questions and make sure I was satisfied with the job. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing to restore terrazzo.

Great. This is the 2nd time I have used the same service with this company. It might be a little more expensive but the results are worth it. They made sure I was happy including redoing some coloring I didn't like the first time when doing two small bedrooms. The results were so fantastic that 3 years later when remodeling my kitchen I decided to get rid of the cheap ugly tile that was over the original floor. I definitely wanted them to make the original terrazzo look like new. They did not disappoint. I highly recommend this company.

Frank and team are professional and did a great job including filling lots of holes and a fairly serious crack, and explaining the process all along the way. Its messy for sure but came out better than expected. Frank assures me that the shine will continue to improve as the terrazzo breathes and the proper cleaning solution (which he provided) is used. I am planning on renting this house so restoring the terrazzo for future low maintenance was the option I chose.. plus I LOVE terrazzo. I would definitely recommend this company - do not just find the cheapest company as restoring terrazzo is a complicated process and an art form!

Great! Messy? Yes, but great! It was a four day job.

They did a fantastic job at restoring the floor. It looks beautiful. The issue was that they left a hole in the closet. I asked them to come back and fill it. They did after about 2 months.

Frank and his team did a phenomenal job fixing what a previous company had attempted in a large-scale terrazzo restoration. We were so unhappy with the first job that we reached out to Frank and now our floors look amazing. In particular, his patchwork is unparalleled in matching the original terrazzo slab.

Had to exit to hotel for 10 days, Unfortunately I could not do entire house, but they adjusted to meet my needs. I was impressed with prep work. A very labor-intensive activity. Repaired 80 pock holes in flor left by removing 1970s wall-to-wall carpeting -- I did not realize each terrazzo color chip had its own name). Never saw so much dust! Cleanup excellent. Owner always available by e-mail or text. Would definitely recommend & use again (but it I've seen enough dust to last my lifetime -- next owners can complete the job). Visitors impressed with work.

When I bought the house, the floor had some ugly tile. To my surprise, I discovered the tile was covering terrazzo floors. I started doing the tile removal myself, but as it turns out, it's best to have an expert do it. If you try to do it yourself, you can further damage the original floors. Chipping away the old tile, carpet or wood can take some of the terrazzo along with it which translates into spending more money in the long run. Each of those holes has to be filled at a cost to you. Terrazzo Care Restoration Experts were able to bring back the luster of the original floors. They put an emphasis in customer care along with delivering a quality product. All the workers were polite and professional. Highly recommended.
