Joe arrived on time, was professional and very thorough. He took the time to ensure items in the house were carefully looked after while cleaning.

From the setting up the appointment to completing the job, everything went as planned. No changes in schedule or time.

They had a problem with their equipment, but returned the same day to finish the job. I was happy with the professionalism and the way the tile looked and felt.

Never came, never called, and even confirmed by text the day before. Nothing worse then a company doesn't show or have the decency to call. Will not use or recommend to anybody. Grade F

We have been customers of SOS form many years and have always been very satisfied with their services. The technicians have always been prompt, courteous and have provided a high quality service. The fees vary based upon the type of services performed and the number of rooms cleaned but the cost is very competitive with other local companies.

Great.. they are not even done and I'm pleased..the tech is very easy to talk too. Very friendly.. they outside cleaning my couch and a neighbor drove over for a business card...All I can say is FABULOUS..

The technician, GORDON, arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. The work was done quickly, efficiently and I am very pleased with the cleaning job. I would without reservation recommend SOS to anyone. Thank you, Gordon and SOS.

Showed up right on time. Came in, reviewed the house and talked to me about some of the stains and concerns he had. Explained ot me the issues and potential problems. Gave advice on best solutions to clean up cat urine stains. Did an excellent job. Got out all the stains that I was able to see. Place smelled nice and citrusy. Two weeks later, none of the stains have resurfaced. One word of advice to anyone going to any carpet cleaner. Pay attention. I had read the print regarding pricing on the persons advertisement and website, so I knew deodorizing was not included, and scotch guard was not included in the base price I also knew the combined living room/dining room, due to its size, would be counted as two rooms. So there were no surprises when it came to the price. SOS put this info up front in its advertisement, one just needs to read it. He did not even recommend the ScothGuard until he was finished cleaning. He wanted to wait to see how the carpet fibers were after cleaning. I even got a bottle of spot remover from them. I will definitely use them again.

I called SOS for an appointment and the recording said Mitch would call back in 10 mins. He returned my call almost immediately. Todd the tech was there when I arrived already setting up. The furniture had all been removed and the carpet was in deplorable condition. Todd explained that there were stains, etc. that would most likely not come up. He wanted me to be aware that the carpet was pretty bad but he would do his best. He did an awesome job!!! Those who had seen the carpet prior to cleaning were pleasantly surprised. I would definitely use SOS Carpet and Tile Cleaning in the future.

This is the second time I have used this company. Todd did an excellent job. He was very professional and took the time to explain a lot of details to us. Very thorough. My carpet literally looks brand new as do the chairs. I am very pleased with the job and the process.

Not well . Rugs in bedroom were extremely wet an took almost 24 hours to dry. I clean my carpets every year and know how they should look when done. This was a very poor job especially in my husband office were they did not even clean the carpet under his chair mat or under his desk . I was very upset called the office. They did respond and the owner wanted to come out see results but at this point for me I was done. I knew no way they were coming back. I called Stanley Steemer ( who I usually use) they came out 2 days later and did a good job. I will not use SOS again.

Tood arrived came only hours after I called for an appointment. He explained everything he was going to do and was a pleasure to do business with. What a nice guy!! I will call them again. This time I will have my tile and grout cleaned. He did a sample for me while he was at my home and what a difference.

I have used SOS Carpet Furniture and Tile Cleaning many times. They were prompt and careful. They are very friendly and good natured. They do excellent work. They didn't move the beds or the dressers, they cleaned around them. I have a futon on the landing which they picked up and got to all the floor there. They got out the stains. They are very careful, they don't damage the walls with the machines - which has happened in the past with another Provider. They put on booties and they wipe up any excess water that may be left on the tile when they are done cleaning up. They are very careful to clean up any extra fluid or spills.

The last time SOS Carpet & Upholstery came to clean my carpet, they did a very good job. They were excellent, they came on time. The guy was very professional and very knowledgeable. The prices weren't bad to clean 2 bedrooms. They did a great job, the house felt fresher when they left. They guy came on time and the job wasn't messy, the only thing was that I had to remove the furniture out of the rooms. He was super meticulous about his work. He was very open to questions.

I have a pending sale contract on my house and wanted to have the master bath shower stall tile cleaned. I spoke to "Mitch" who told me up front that the grout may not be able to be cleaned to satisfaction. I said appreciated his candor. I got a callback later to advise me a technician would be out the same day! "Chris" did an efficient job cleaning the tile and the appearance to the grout was much improved beyond what I could have done myself. He asked me if I was happy with the job and told him I was. He even cleaned the floor tile in the bathroom as he was removing his equipment, a nice touch. SOS exceeded my expectations, I would easily recommend them to anyone.

It went fantastic. They were prompt and did a great job. They are nice and friendly and were a pleasure to do business with.

Mitch is the owner. He says in his voicemail that he will call you back within 5 minutes and he always calls back within 10 minutes. He is very responsive. They guys he sends out are always so professional and they do a great job.

This is the second time I have used them. I was impressed with them the first time. I have been here for 28 years and have dealt with many carpet companies. This is the finest carpet company I have come across in my time in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Their workmanship is superb. They got stains out of the carpet that I thought were impossible to get rid of. They did several extra jobs that were not in the quote, and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the job. The workers were very professional and prompt. Two days later I received a call back, asking me if I was satisfied with the services.

I was all set to use another company when I called SOS based on the reviews here (I live in Margate and they are a local, family owned business). . An extremely professional and competent lady named Pam answered the phone and basically sold me on SOS. Told me about the owner, told me about the process, gave me a detailed (and accurate quote), and was one of the most customer oriented and professional people I have ever dealt with. Storm came to do the job. He was just one guy and I had HEAVY furniture on new allure vinyl flooring which scratches easily. I cautioned Storm about the vinyl floor. Storm cleaned the carpets and upholstery very well, but after he left I noticed several scratches on the new flooring. Needless to say, I was a little sad. Pam did a follow up call with me. I told her what happened. As it turns out, some of the feet on the heavy furniture had lost their felt floor guards, so I cannot blame the whole thing on Storm. Nevertheless, Storm came back and installed all new felt guards on ALL the furniture in my place that was on the vinyl (including dining room table and chairs and heavy chest of drawers). While he was doing this, I had placed my dog in the bedroom. As he was excited by Storm and did not like being locked in the bedroom, the newly cleaned carpet got "stained". Storm setup his equipment and re-cleaned the area for no charge. Storm then asked for a sample of the flooring, which I provided. Two days later, Storm came by with a repair kit for the vinyl (a pen with adhesive) in a matching color. As you can see, things did not go perfect with this experience, but the company did absolutely everything they could to make it right. I would DEFINITELY recommend them due to the quality of work and the high priority they place on having satisfied customers. I cannot blame the absence of felt guards on the some of the furniture legs on them. Pam is amazing.

The technician was very quick, he says their equipment works faster than older type equipment. I found it kind of expensive because there is a two area minimum and I usually only need one room cleaned.

They did the work within the last 3 months. It was very satisfactory. I would use them in the future.

They were prompt and had no hidden charges. The price that was quoted was what I paid, to the penny. Before they left they made sure I was totally satisfied with the job that had been done. If I had any spots that showed up in the next few weeks, they said they would come back to treat them for free. That never occurred. I was especially impressed with them because they are a family operation. The gentleman that is the owner gave superior service and really listened to my needs.

They did an excellent job. They were efficient. My carpet is perfect. They were great and I thought they were inexpensive. I would highly recommend them.

Good - very courteous young man arrived early (after calling to make sure that was OK) and then got my OK on each room as it was done. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone, they were able to come out within several days of my call.
