They misrepresented the competency of the seller. I believe this was done maliciously to take advantage of the seller. They withheld information regarding who their actual client was. They withheld information effecting the closing date of the deal. They made threats in an email rant sent at 2:30 am to their clients daughter. The property has still not closed and we are now forced to pursue legal action against these people. I contacted the owners of the franchise before this deal got to this point to make them aware of some of the strange dealing that were taking place, and they were just as rude as the agents. I would definitely never do business with these people ever again. I was not the victim of their ineffectiveness. However, I can not quietly allow them to act the way they do, and not reap what they sow.
