"Our Corporate Goal" has always been to provide our existing and potential customers with Professional Service, Quality Equipment, and the Newest Technology(Green) at the most competitive prices available in our Industry. Our offerings include a Full Line of Water Solutions Equipment, Management Programs and Consulting Services for the Residential, Institutional, Commercial, Hospitality, Contracting and Construction Markets. Equipment; Water Softeners, Full House Water Filters, Point of use Water Filters, Reverse Osmosis Systems, Ultraviolet Systems, Alkaline Filtration Systems, and Customized Water Treatment Systems. Management Program: Initially designed to help our Hospitality and Institutional Customers manage their individual, specialized and mandatory Water Treatment requirements. The program may include limited or full service management in regard to changing out the point of use filters or servicing any other Water Treatment equipment within the operation or Chain.

Description of Work: Bob was great he came to our home and tested the water for us, and recommend a great affordable system that solved all our needs. He didn't try to up sell us on stuff we didn't need and was extremely responsive and had great follow up. |After the install we had a small leak coming off one of the pipes (not sure why) and i sent him a photo and he had he someone out to our house that day to fix it. |They where GREAT!!! I would refer them to my friends and family any day of the week.

Description of Work: I FOUND THIS COMPANY ON ANGIES LIST AFTER READING SOME OF THE REVIEWS I GAVE THEM A CALL BECAUSE I NEEDED A NEW WATER SOFTENER.I SPOKE TO ED WE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AND THE WATER SOFTENER WAS INSTALLED WITH IN A FEW DAYS.NOW AFTER A YEAR I RECEIVED A REMINDER IN THE MAIL IT IS TIME TO SERVICE THE UNIT.I CALLED TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WHEN I SPOKE TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER HIS RESPONSE WAS WE REALLY DO NOT GO THAT FAR (HOMESTEAD) AND HE WILL CALL ME BACK IN 15 MIN.AFTER WAITING 3 WEEKS FOR HIS CALL I CALLED BACK.I SPOKE TO VALENTINO HE APOLOGIZED AND GAVE ME THE SAME EXCUSE AGAIN. NEVER SEEN A COMPANY WHO PICKS AND CHOOSE WHERE TO GO AND THIS AFTER I PURCHASED FROM THEM. I WENT BACK ON ANGIES LIST AND FOUND WATER PRO WHAT A DIFFERENCE I GOT AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT DAY.RICARDO WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL HE SERVICED THE UNIT AND TOLD ME THE SETTINGS ON THE WATER SOFTENER ARE WRONG THE ARE MEANT FOR A BIGGER UNIT. THE HOSE WHO CONTROLS THE WATER FLOW FOR THE BACKWASH WAS TO BIG NOT TO MENTION THERE WAS NO SOFT WATER IN THE HOUSE!!WATER PRO TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND FOR QUALITY WATER CONTROL NEVER AGAIN!

Sorry about the issues with Valentino he was let go last year when we found out he was working our customers at his convenience and reporting that he had taken care of them as directed by ED. If you ever need anything do not hesitate to call and ask for Bob - In closing, sorry for the issues with Valentino it certainly doesn't represent our way of doing business.
