+ -1 moreOverall MESS!!! I actually had to clean my own pool. No, actually my guests were helping me clean the pool which is so embarrassing. They will tell you things are wrong just to g e t you to guy products from them when it really just them not cleaning the pool. Just horrible management, straight attitude on the phone like you did something wrong to them, just because the pool green and there're supposed to be keeping the pool clean from one week to the next, 3days in the pools turning greenish looking. And we don't even use it like Luke. Just horrible.

+ -1 moreI travel a lot so I'm not home to see the work or if they even show up. However, they text message a picture or two showing the pool and something like the cartridge filter out after they've cleaned it. They also report the chemical levels as they found it.
