Very good job, after they cancelled the first visit and rescheduled. They did arrive on time on the day they rescheduled. The workmen were competent and did a good job. However, the $15 weatherstrip cost me $90. I was not ever told that there would be a $75 service call charge in addition to the work. I requested a reduction in price, since I was not told about the service call charge and suggested to split the difference at $45. I never received a call back and the full charge went through. I will NOT use them again for ANYTHING.

Even though we had problems with the building department, doors and installation would allow, they replaced the doors and were diligent. As a customer I am pleased with the way everything turned out.

They were wonderful. They explained everything really well. They made sure our house didn't get dirty. They cleaned off everything. They did a neat job. They even showed how the original window wasn't level, and they leveled it out. Even when they worked in the bathroom, they removed the tiles and numbered them before putting them up again. I'm saving up money so I can finish the job. They are very professional, very friendly, and very methodical. They were craftsmen.

I was very happy with them. They showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. I had no problems.

I like them because they are easy to get to and I also liked the windows. We have used them twice now. We picked up the windows and doors and installed them ourselves.

It went very well. The overall expereince was excellent from start to finish. Great customer service through the whole job.

The overall work done was pretty good. They had a hard time getting the door in and it took them 2 days to complete the job. There was a problem with the measurement of the smaller windows. The windows did not fit exactly right and they did not have what they needed to make it fit. So they got the windows in but they had to fabricate some pieces to go around making it right. One of the double windows actually cracked less than a year later and I called them. They came out, took a look at it and replaced. They stand behind their work.
