Description of Work: I was disappointed in the quality of the plans he gave us. We paid for detailed 3D plans but just got a sketch. Mr. LeLack said he would give more detailed plans if he got the job. When he came to the house to do the plans he said we would have the plans in a couple of days but we did not receive them for several weeks.

Description of Work: The provider came to home almost a month ago to provide an estimate for a kitchen remodel and has refused to give me an estimate. After several attempts to contact him by phone and through Angie's List's message system my request has been ignored. I am very displeased especially since Lelack Construction has such good reviews on Angie's List.

+ -1 moreWork has not started yet. This is no fault of LeLack Construction. Michael, the owner, was the one who came out for the original estimate. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything that we had questions for and also had some very good suggestions. Even though the work has not started yet I feel very comfortable and have no doubt that the work will be up to par. I will keep the Angies List community up to date once the work is completed.
Description of Work: Still waiting for the work to start. Contractor is on hold. Waiting for another contractor to finish their work first.

Michael was very informative, knowledgeable and helpful with several decisions that were made. + 7 moreMichael and his staff were punctual in arriving everyday to begin each step of the project. They were friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and most of all, made my family and I feel secure and at ease even when we had to leave them alone in our home to work!! Michael, listened to our needs and then offered suggestions toward our requests. Michael also showed much patience with our changes and steadfast requests. The project took a bit longer than expected, however, it was all worth it! We love our bathroom and our showers are now taking longer than before! It is probably the best looking room in the house! Thanks to the excellent workmanship of Michael and his crew!
Description of Work: Provider completed total renovation and expansion of master suite bathroom. Drywall replacement, ceiling, ceiling lights and exhaust fan, complete plumbing replacement, door and shelving replaced. Minor molded beams and flooring also replaced.

+ 3 moreMike is awesome! He went above and beyond my wife and my expectations. We wanted to upgrade our cabinetry and countertops. He suggested we also do a backsplash out of mosaic tile. I wasn't sure but the end product is amazing. He originally quoted us 22795 for the job but much to our surprise he informed us that the job was less work than he expected and actually only charged us 19000 for the entire job. Mike is an honest and fantastic contractor and when we purchase our next home he is the only one who will be doing any of our contracting.
