+ -1 moreI called Monday to get pricing on removing a king mattress. They quoted me a price and I set up an appointment for Wednesday between 10-12. First of all I never heard from them in that time window. Then I called to see where they were and they said the driver would call in 5 minutes to let me know. The driver didn’t call back for another half hour just to tell me that the price was going to double and it was still going to be another hour before they would be here and was rude about it. This is bait and switch and awful business. Very unhappy with how they dealt with this and will not recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: Junk King came out and helped us move a lot of heavy boxes from storage to our condo. It was wet, hot and humid, but they came and worked like troopers under less-than-ideal conditions. They honored the promised discount, even though the truck load was more than estimated.
