Furniture medic

Mark was terrible-He insulted me on the phone and hung up on me! He was supposed to text me when he arrived to my property, but instead he failed to listen to my instructions and called my phone which was ok, but I happened to be on the other line with a client on my work phone and totally missed his call. Instead of knocking on my door or texting me, he called once, and when I didn't answer he left. Normal people knock on doors when they arrive to a someones home and my dog would have alerted me that someone was here and would have let him in. When I saw his voicemail 10 mins later, I called him back and said are you still here. He said no, I left. I said can you come back, he said no and then he said "keep sleeping". What a total disrespectful guy. I've called Angi's list and they are removing him from this platform for the inconvenience so this will never happen to another customer again.

Great service. Mark repaired my bar stools and they looked like new! The price was good and the job was done very quickly. He also refinished the wooden dresser. Very happy I found this company and definitely will be calling Mark in future.

Mark works on our sofa loveseat that was faded in one area, he Oder the material he needed and now it’s like we just bought it from the store. Great job 10/10 😊
