GREAT JOB!

William and his coworker installed 2 toilets, and repaired drywall, door hinge and closet racks. He responded my calls, showed up on time, and did a good job. His price is reasonable. Will hire him again.

Excellent. We had used William and his dependable services team in the past for inside painting and remodeling work for our house. William was prompt in getting back to us after contacting him for the work we needed. He was very professional and did the painting and pressure cleaning. He is very professional, shows up on time, when he says he will. I will definitely be using him in the future for other services. We are planning on changing some light fixtures and fans as well as installing security cameras. He will be the one we call for the job. Great service. Highly recommend.

First William called within hours of me leaving him a message. He was very personable and professional. We made a time for him to come over and go over exactly what I needed. I then received an estimate and booked a date for the work to be done. William kept in contact with me through out this time. His quote I felt was reasonable and fair. The day of the job they came early and worked all day (Sunday...I was impressed). The job was excellent and they cleaned up! His company does so many services that I have already booked a painting job. I recommend him highly. It is hard to find hard working people at a fair price.

William and his team were always on time for each visit. We kept in communication from the initial quote through choices of materials and then of course, after the job. Our back porch ceiling and fascia was redone with pressure treated ply and then tongue and groove flooring applied. It looks great. New fan hung, LED lighting and electrical outlet done as well. In the garage they applied new LED lighting. As well an additional outlet was needed and was installed. It was all done in a single day. All done very professionally. Including clean up and removal. We are very pleased and will certainly do business again.

We have to wait until screen is bought in a few months to be replaced.

All the projects were done well. William is a professional who takes pride in his work and that of his team. It was nice have someone who really cared about the job - did things on time and at a reasonable price. We'd use Dependable Services again!

From the first time I met William I knew I had a person that would follow through on everything he said and you know how important that is. If he said he would be there he was and always answered my calls. He was very fair with his pricing and always gave me several options. The best part was that William did not nickel and dime me. If it was not part of the quote and needed to get done, he did it and did not charge me. When an issue arrised William was always fair and followed through.

William and his team at Dependable Services were amazing. They were always on time, professional and attentive. They take pride in their work and it shows in the finished project. What was very important and impressive to me is that William is in constant communication with you about everything. His professionalism was outstanding and I would highly recommend him.

It went very well and very quickly. While at my home, working on another project for me, William was able to hang Christmas lighting on the house and palm trees in my yard. It was done easily and quickly by him and he took the extra step to make sure the electrical cords were protected if they became wet from sprinklers or rain. His prices are far below any other companies advertising the same service.

It went extremely well. Once the appointment was set, materials were ordered. William and his associate were prompt on installation day with all materials needed. The entire installation of the 3 rooms only took about 4 hours or so. This also, included moving necessary furniture and touch up painting where needed. I am, completely, happy with the service provided. I've used Dependable Services before and the name of the company is well deserved.

Awesome work. It was done in a very timely and professional manner. There was no electrical outlet to start with. So William had to start from scratch. It was a complicated job in an older model home to prepare and install the electrical access to hang my light fixture. But the work was done to my complete satisfaction.

Upon speaking with the owner, William, I was given a very cost efficient alternative of Cabinet Resurfacing. He managed to turn stained, broken and very unappealing cabinets into a beautiful work of art. Unattractive maple wood was resurfaced with beautiful white cabinets/ stainless steel pulls to match the stainless steel appliances. It cost a fraction of what others had quoted me. I could not have been happier. His work was timely and very well done. William is a lovely, personable and professional gentleman that I would happily recommend. And very pleased with the price.

William is a class act. I had another handyman try to take advantage of me - said work was done when it was not, jobs left uncompleted, etc. It was a nightmare. William came in and helped remedy the property. It is actually a rental property and I was not even able to show it due to the prior condition it was left in by the first handyman. Thanks to William, it is now in showable condition. Would highly recommend and use him again in the future

The work area was always kept clean and he made sure during painting that all areas were covered, so no paint would get on floors or furniture. After he completed the job, he provided a professional cleaning of my house at no charge. I have hired William again to replace a lighting fixture in my home, and even though a small job, William came to do the service. I highly recommend Dependable Services for any work you need done.
