I'm a long-distance owner and found William online. William quickly earned my trust. His work is impeccable, timely, and of high quality. He kept me updated on his progress with pictures. I would not only recommend him but would definitely hire him again for future projects

I can't rate on price because my landlord handled the payment, but Will's crew was punctual and did a fantastic job on a complete bedroom ceiling replacement. We had a leak in the roof in July and Dependable Services came through when nobody else was available. They worked with us within our schedule (my wife and I work in the school systems so taking off work is difficult due to lack of available substitutes). They arrived within the 1-hour time frame they promised each time and the job was done within the time frame they estimated. They came out twice (once to remove, replace, and plaster the ceiling and then a second time to paint it) and did a beautiful job from start to finish. I'm loving having a new ceiling that doesn't have two cracks running from one end of the room to the other with a panel sagging two inches from the rest of the ceiling. What I especially appreciated is how well they cleaned up after themselves thoroughly before leaving. They kept bathroom and closet doors shut to prevent debris and dust going in there from the master bedroom, all trash was bagged up before being taken outside to my front yard (which I told them they could do because the next morning was bulk pickup), and they vacuumed before leaving. A negative experience with a different contractor had me worried because I was always finding nails and screws lying around or fishing plaster pieces out of my dog's mouth. Dependable Services left NOTHING behind in terms of tools, debris, or nails, which I was grateful for because I have two small kids and a dog. The only thing they left behind was a bit of spackle on the floor which came right out easily with a little water and a paint scraper. I can't fault them for it because it was easy to miss as it landed in a corner behind my bed and I only found it because I mopped after they left. 10/10 would hire them again!

William responded to my initial request promptly and professionally, setting up an appointment to give a quote for several small projects in a newly purchased home. He was very clear on what he could do, and recommended a few changes to my plan. Despite having a tight schedule, he was able to schedule the work to be completed a few days from our initial meet. His workers were punctual, professional, and treated our home with respect. All tasks were completed in one day, and William came by the next morning to inspect and check that I was satisfied with the end product. He also gave tips on how to check to make certain none of the plumbing repairs failed (not due to installation, but hey, parts can be defective). His pricing was reasonable and I will be calling upon him again for future, larger projects. I highly recommend.

He is meticulous about his work, and treats every job with the utmost care. I will never use another handyman. This type of service is so rare these days. Bravo!

William & his team were DEPENDABLE. They were punctual, efficient & totally professional. They did all of the jobs listed above themselves without having to call other contractors and it was done to my satisfaction. It took 1 & 1/2 days. I picked Dependable Services on Angie’s List because of a lot of high reviews. I first reached out to William and he responded back right away. He sent some of his guys out when he said he would. They were on time, friendly and did the job right. It’s hard to find good workers who are reliable . We plan on using him again in the future .

William and Mario were outstanding. William was always punctual and always responded right away when I called. He made sure everything was color matched perfectly and made sure everything I wanted done was completed. They were able to come out and get everything done in one day. I had an issue after they were done painting and Mario and William made sure my issue was seen and figured out. I appreciate good customer service and companies that take pride in their work as well as listen to issues and make sure they are resolved and that’s exactly what they did.

The workers arrived when they where scheduled, were courteous and preformed a very hard job in a very effective way. The painters came and painted the edge of the cut metal so that it will not rust and painted the entire fascia of the house. We are very happy with the way William helped us with this very difficult repair. We will defiantly use his services in the future.

Everything went as advertised. No surprises. The work was complete as advertised on the contract. William (owner) answered every call and every text promptly. I have no complaints.

I had William and his crew remove and replace: 600 sq. ft. of tile, all vanities and toilets, and had him perform various maintenance projects such as the sealing of a patio roof. William offered a fair price, and was able to get these projects done quickly. He remained committed on meeting my deadlines and I was very pleased with the results of the projects.

William and his team (Mario and Fernando and team) are fantastic! I recently moved into a new house and needed several small projects completed. Instead of hiring numerous contractors, I called William who handled everything - built a wood gate and added additional fencing, significantly extended my wood deck and installed new pendant lighting and dimmers. William is not only extremely polite but super qualified at all things. Sometimes it's hard hiring strangers to come in your place but he is 100 percent legit and professional. Great customer service - immediate responses to all questions and always on time. Reasonable prices and superb work! He also kept his word about his prices/estimates and didn't have any type of little hidden fees or things that he charges extra for. I will definitely be using his services again in the future and will be recommending him to friends and neighbors.

William cleaned our gutters, a project that is more difficult than it might sound. He arrived on time, had a plan, and performed efficiently and effectively on our roof in the Florida summer heat. A real professional, you can see it in his work, in the fact that he listens to the client, in how he cleans up the job-site when done, even in the vehicle he comes to the job with. William even showed us before and after pictures of each gutter! Not only will we use him periodically throughout the year for this service, but will absolutely consider him for other projects that may come up. William really has a wide range of impressive skills.

Both jobs were completed within a very short time of my contacting him. He and his men were very professional. They checked to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction before leaving. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would and have recommended them.

I had a roof leak and contacted William at dependable services. He came to see the problem. I had spots and stains due water damage from leak. After fixing the leak’ he did an excellent job in matching the texture and paint for the ceiling spots. I highly recommend his services. Very professional, reasonable price and the work he’s is great.
