Coral Gutters

Charged 325$. After the first rain, We have got rain coming over the Gutters. they didn't want to come and fix their job, but after I told them I'll sue them, they came to fix and charged me another 100$ on 9/3/13. When we have a strong rain, water are still coming over the gutters and our back of the house looks like a cascade. A third party Gutter A+ rated company came to the house and told us they need to install 7" Gutters and that the existing ones are installed too low! Now, in order to fix it. We have to pay another 400$

The person doing the estimate was timely, and the estimate was quick and the price was right. Technicians showed up on time, and the gutters were replaced within 90 minutes. Very professional company, and they cleaned up our property too. I highly recommend them!

To begin with, the staff is wonderful. Dealt with Sara the whole time. Arrange for a time to meet and the salesperson came out and gave us an estimate. After the estimate, there wasn't the hard sell to move forward. Actually, we didn't hear from them until we called and told them we wanted to move forward. Sara set up the appointment. The gentleman came out at the time that was scheduled and did a great job. It was just one person (Noah) and he was on time, did everything that was expected, walked us through what was completed and just great service and workmanship in general. Will definitely use again.

They did an excellent job, were very professional, punctual and very friendly. The gutters look amazing and I would use them again.

The workmen had all the details of what had to be done. When they were done they walked me around the areas that were repaired and I noticed the front of the roof hadn't been cleared of leaves and they said - No worry we will take care of that if that's what the boss told you and they proceeded to clear it. Very nice workmen. I waited for it to rain to see how the gutters and clean up worked and everything was fine. Very happy with the work.

I called two weeks ago to set up an appointment for today for an estimate to repair my gutters. When I called today to confirm the time they had no record of the appointment. I talked to them 3 times today to find out if they still would be coming. They were not reliable and not organized when they answered the phone.

I received a call the day before my first scheduled appointment for an estimate; they had to reschedule. It was rescheduled another 10 days out. Mainly this was due to their being backed up due to all the rain we had been having. I got the estimate on a Wednesday; I reviewed the estimate and called the next day to schedule the work to be done. They said they would call me back the next day (Friday) to schedule for either Thursday or Friday the following week. After not hearing back from them, I called them on Tuesday. They said they believed they had already scheduled me for Wednesday, or possibly Thursday. I told them Wednesday would be great because I could be home. They said the person who did the scheduling was not available, so she would call me back to confirm which date it was. No call back. I called on Wednesday and asked which day/time was the scheduled appointment made. They said they had it down for today, that I had said it would be great. I advised I was suppose to get a call back to confirm, but did not. Anyway, I was told the they should be here between 10a-12pm. Well it was already 12noon, and they were not there, and she said she could not reach them to advise how late they would be. They showed at 2:00pm. Once they were here, the workers were very professional and hard working. Got straight to work, and advised me on everything. The Gutter was cleaned, the leaks were fixed and they fixed the direction of the drainage with no additional issues. All in all, I would use them again because of the work they did, and the reasonable price, however, I believe there should be more communication and organization within the office.

I selected Coral Gutters based on their reputation in Angie's List. Claudia (who was great on the phone) scheduled an appointment. Ignatio showed up on time and estimated the job. He was very professional and answered questions with good knowledge and patience. The estimate was neither the highest nor the lowest, but Claudia and Ignatio both gave me a great feeling of confidence. I had to reschedule the install several times due to roofing repairs and house painting and Claudia was very patient with me. The final schedule was set, and installation team arrived, right on time, and began work. They were fast, thorough and reasonably clean - which was made more difficult due to the rains we had in the area that day. The job was completed the same day (360 feet of gutter ). We have had several heavy downpours since, and I can find no problems. In summary I can say that Coral Gutters did what they said, when they said, with quality and for a fair price.

Just fine. Arrived promptly. Went about business (3 men). Did job well, professionally. Cleaned up well afterwards (lots of junk, mold mildew from gutters). Gave estimate before job and no other add'l work was necessary.

Now I know why this guy's rating is an A. Responsive, on time and best of all, HONEST. He recommended that we NOT get gutters. At least not yet. He drove out here and honestly assessed what we needed - and it wasn't gutters. Ignacio is a kind and upstanding person. A real pleasure.

They suggested removing a smaller downspout and replacing with a larger one. They were effiicient and their communication was great.

It took a bit to get the estimator out to the house but the estimate was reasonable and professional. I had to do some fixes on the fascia before the install could be completed. Installers arrived on time and they were quick and cleaned up area. The gutters look great and work to my expectations.

I got three estimates, and I felt most comfortable with Coral gutters. They were the middle price of the three companies. This was an install on a new home. They came out to do a survey for the estimate and did not require me to take time off of work to meet them. They provided me with drawings in the estimate to show what would be installed and where the downspouts would be located. We scheduled the installation. They showed up on time, completed the installation quickly and cleaned up afterwards. The only small thing I noticed was that they missed one of the nails that attaches the gutters to the side of the roof. It was in hole, but not pounded into the wood. I pounded it in and all is well. I also tested it for leaks but could not find any.

Really happy with overall experience - especially the speed and quality of the installation. Took the two installers about an hour to get them installed. Water that was pouring off the edge of our roof creating a seepage risk now drains away from the building. They did take a few days to call back for the estimate as well as to schedule the installation but when they called they were ready to get things scheduled when they called back so I was OK with it. I expect they were just busy due to a surge in rain activity over the preceding weeks.
