Great work I felt very comfortable with him in my home, even while I was at work and the wife and kids were home. We had trouble with our Kenmore (LG) fridge, but he continued to come, early, late and every time in between until the problem was diagnosed and resolved. U will absolutely use him if ever needed again.

Appliance was beyond repair but very pleased with the speed of the service visit and the fact that the tech was very forthright in advising that the cost of the repair (replacing a major part) was almost as much as buying a new machine. This credible because he was not selling or recommending a retailer for the new washer. Thought service charge reasonable.

Ryan was running late but called to let me know. He had to leave to get parts for the fix but was back quickly. He fixed the fridge issue without any problems, and was courteous and professional. Labor was $140, and parts about $80.

Technician (Ryan) was knowlegeable, curious and finished the job within 20 minutes. It was simply that the dishwasher had to be "reset". We paid him the upfront fee of $60; however his labor cost was an additional $80. Nice company but overpriced for work performed.

Ryan came when he said he would, he diagnosed the problem with our refridgerator and went to work immediately to fix the problem. He did a great job. The price was very reasonable. Would call them again without hessitation.

Came when he said he would be at my house. Assessed the situation with my oven and made the required repairs in one visit. Very professional and the price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to call for any appliance repairs.

Ryan contacted me immediately and answered my preliminary questions well. He told me he would call between 9 and 11 the following day when he was 20-25 minutes away. He called at 9:15 and we met at my home about 9:35. He quickly diagnosed my refrigerator issue and offered several solutions. I will work with this company in the future.

We had a stainless steel dishwasher door that lost both tensors that prevent the door from dropping when opened. Ryan diagnosed the problem quickly and started calling his suppliers to see of they had the needed parts. He found what he needed went off to get it and had the door replaced and fully functional within 45 minutes. Parts and labor were extremely reasonable.

Ryan arrived on time, a little early actually, and did the repair well. The cost didn't seem exorbitant, but I dont have any experience with normal pricing for this sort of thing. I would use them again, particularly because they didn't attempt to make the problem seem more complicated than it was.
