Services we offer

We help price your home, using the same techniques as appraisers use. We implement an aggressive marketing program, we put the home on our national Web site, as well as on FlatFeeSavings.com, Trulia, Zillow, Google , etc. Homes listed in the MLS are on REALTOR.com®. We post a "for sale" sign, we handle the phone calls, we show the home, pre-qualify buyers, negotiate and write the sales contract, handle all paperwork, meet the appraiser, arrange for inspections, supervise the closing and more.

Services we don't offer

We only offer residential rental services for our home buyer's and sellers.

It turns out they under priced the home by a lot so they could sell it fast to get their fee. I was not in a rush but they pushed me to sell when they found a cash buyer. They did not act in my best interest. The same house up the street sold for many thousands more evidently. Weeks later another home,not as nice , is for sale for over $40,000 more. They were always acting nice to me but not guiding me in my best Interest. I would NEVER recommend this company. They are sleazy covered up by friendliness. A conventional realtor would never have priced it so low and would have Waited for a much better offer. The realtor and broker are out for themselves. Beware!
