STAY AWAY !!! from this company they're not professional I paid more cause I figured with a name like Bekins and the company has been around for years but boy was i wrong i could have rented a U-haul and hired day labors and probably had a better experience as you can see in in a few of the pictures we had water damage on the furniture they tore down a huge limb on my tree nothing was secured in the back of the truck and scratches on my wood floor and that's only a few also they never tell you that payment is required in a cashiers ck before unloading and then when you file a claim they only pay you pennies on the dollar for the damages they caused it's more like a scam so learn from my mistakes

I've used Ward's several times over the last 10 years. They moved my household both in the county and to another city, and back.Each time they packed carefully, stored properly, and unpacked well. They removed the packing debris. Each time they were on time. I'm looking at another move and will call Wards again.

They moved our household for an instate move. They do a really good job. They are nice and professional. Their prices are fair too.

The movers were told to use caution in packing the plasma & LED TV's so as not to damage them. I was told that they would be wrapped before packaging and that they would be kept in an upright position. When I came in the room they had the TV lying face down and were trying to push it into a box. I told them to stop and that I would take care of the TV's myself. Then I went to the dining room and they had my antique table lying on the floor and were in the process of taking one of the four legs off. I told them to stop and that the table had to be put in the truck with the legs on. They attempted to put the leg on but a piece had broken off. They moved the table to the garage and laid it upside down on a cover. On the move-in day another truck came and picked up the table and when they delivered it to the condo they "glued" it back together. When the matching sideboard was brought in there was a crack going up the leg which they documented. One of my floor fans came off the truck with t.
