Un-Beelievably Clean Inc

We contacted Unbeelievably Clean Inc. and made an appointment for Tuesday 6/4/13. For 3 rooms of carpet, we were given a price range of $96 - $128. The company showed up exactly on time, they gave us the $96 price, and were finished in under an hour. Our carpet has not looked better since it was first installed five years ago. We've used other companies and the stains always came back when the carpet dried. So far, 3 days later, the stains have not reappeared. We will definitely use this company again next year.

I had, frankly, given up on parts of my carpeting but Un-beelievable Clean Inc. not only cleaned them but raised the knap and removed what I though were permanent stains. They were on time, very reasonable for the amount of work they did but most especially they did an excellent job!

They did a very good job. They were excellent. They were fairly priced. The whole work was very well done. They came in a day before to see what needed to be done, came back the next day and finished the work in about a half a day. They were very efficient. The furniture they had moved, they put back exactly in the right place. They were very aware of the house.

Did a really great job with the carpet. But they were really late showing up and had an attitude because they didn't tell us they were running late. When I called to ask if they were coming, the office woman had "the customer is always wrong" demeanor. I had to go to work and sat around an extra hour waiting for them to show up. Because they did a good job though, I asked them also after that to do an estimate on another house we own, whole house tile cleaning and they wanted an outrageous sum of money ($900) even though I didn't want grout cleaning & the tile was only 2 yrs old, and then they said I would have to wait two weeks to make an appointment. I'll use someone else from now on.

Went great overall. I called on a Tuesday and they were there there the next day on Wednesday. They arrived on time, were fast and thorough and my tile floors have never looked cleaner! I have already recommended them to my friends and family. Would definitely hire them again in the future.

After obtaining their name from an Angie's List search, I called for an appointment. The person I spoke to was very thorough in obtaining the details of exactly what I needed done and provided an appointment date and time that was convenient. She also calculated the charge which was very reasonable. The technicians arrived at the appointed time, were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated that they explained what they were going to do and afterwards explained what they had done....

Although I live quite a distance from their shop, they went out of their way to come all this way to do my floors. I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Great job. No hidden charges, was exactly as he quoted. Showed up on the dot, was polite and professional and very careful with my furnishings. The place was spotless. He was also very nice.

They did an excellent job. They arrivded on time, discussed the process, and got right to work. The material was difficult to clean so he cleaned the hassock first and when that cleaned well he proceeded to clean the other pieces. Otherwise he would have not continued if the results were not good. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

The two man team arrive a bit earlier than scheduled and explained what they were going to do and how it was going to be done.

This company is wonderful. They were excellent from scheduling the estimate through to cleaning up when they were finished! They moved the furniture, they were polite, efficient. and definitely knew their business very well. I had absolutely no complaints. They were worth every penny, my porcelain tile floors look new again after ten years of use. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

They arrived on time, got right to work. They got old stains out that other companies could not and did a great job on the tile grout. They couldn't get one room done as we had someone home sick, but are coming back to do that room as well as re-do some high traffic areas that they thought could look better! We didn't evem ask for the re-do on some areas. We think they did a great overall job!

This was the second time we used them to clean the carpet and tile. Again, they did an excellent job and showed up when they said they would.

The price was as quoted with no trying to up sell for additional services.The technicians arrived as scheduled. Their truck, equipment and uniforms were clean which to me says they care about themselves. They explained the process and started pre-treating some spots. They worked efficiently and completed the job in the time they told us. We could not ask for better service.

These folks went out of their way to get the job done before the holidays. Price wise they were a touch higher than others but with the Angie's List discount it came out about the same. We had tile and grout cleaned and sealed in the kitchen, living area and dining room. Job was done very well. Our microfiber couch and chair was also cleaned. All work was done on time. We did not necessarily need the job done before the holidays but they rearranged their schedule to make it happen. We live in Indialanic and were not sure initially if the company came to our area. They assured us that they do. We will not hessitate to use this company again

They arrived on time as scheduled, were professional and quick. The sofa and seat cushions were clean and exceeded my expectations. I did not think all of the stains would come out but they did. They guys were good and I will be using them again if I need anything. Also, I am on the 6th floor of a condo building and that was not an issue -- they have to run hoses back to the van but this was apparently routine for them.
