When I called back with a few questions, they never responded.

Unbeelevably clean did a great job shampooing my carpets and furniture. 2 very nice guys came and went right to work. It is a local franchise, not part of a big one. I would use them again.

They worked diligently and were quite courteous.

They came in on time and before we knew it they were done. Both men were very friendly and very professional.A pleasant and fresh air in todays world.

They got about 98% of the evidence in record time. They thoroughly did under the heavy furniture and bed, and we were delighted with the total result! We will definitely ask them back when needed again! An A++ job!

Great. Except he knocked a picture frame off the wall. Guess I expected a little off what was due for the damage. Nope. Otherwise they were not creepy, they were professional and kept to cleaning carpets quick and clean. All stains out. No nosy employees. I will always pick them.

The two men were punctual, very professional thorough. I was only charged for one room when cleaning my living/dining room. In the twenty years I have lived here, I have always been charged for two rooms. Unlike some other companies, they didn't ask if I wanted my furniture moved, i.e., coffee table and chairs. They did it on their own. I highly recommend this company.

I was very much satisfied with their work. It was wonderful.

They were very easy to schedule, provided reminders of their appointment, called me when they were on the way, arrived in uniform, were courtious and business like in their work. Was very careful with the furniture movements and left protection under furniture legs. They were the best I've had ever and I'm 71 years old and had lots of carpet cleaned in my days.

I cannot believe how good these people are. They came in with their truck & equipment; they moved almost all the furniture first [even though I had asked a friend to come in to help], they sprayed the rug and then steam-cleaned it, they put pieces under the furniture to elevate it while the rug was drying. I watched in amazement. They were exceptionally professional. I could not have been more pleased. I strongly recommend these people.

Tools and materials used to clean the vent were well suited for the job. Area was cleaned around dryer and everything put back in it's orginal place.

They were punctual, considerate and did a great job. Very reasonably priced. Would use again here at the office and will use at my home next time my carpets need cleaning.

Mike and his assistant arrived right on the dot. They were in uniform and very personable, agreeable and knowledgeable. The carpets looked great when they left and were not full of water like so many other companies have left them. The following day when some spots re-surfaced, I called and Mike came right back out and re-cleaned the areas in question. There will continue to be areas like that because the carpet is so old and worn, but Mike was so patient and willing to go over it again. I will definitely use Unbeelievably Clean again!

The tile came out fabulous. The carpet cleaning was just ok. They were very nice.

They arrived at the appointed time, in fact they called and arranged to come a little early. They did an outstanding job of cleaning all of the tile which was extremely dirty. We had recently purchased the home and the floors were very dirty. The shower floor did not come as clean as I had anticipated so they came back and attempted to clean it again. The problem was not the cleaning but the wear and tear from the previous owner. This company was extremely professional and I will not hesitate to have them back again. We replaced the carpeting before we moved in and this company will be who we call to have them cleaned in the future. What a great company to work with.

It went very well for us but the job took a lot longer then first thought, and we WERE NOT CHARGED ANY ADDITIONAL MONIES !!! The company is VERY PROFESSIONAL and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with them !!!
