On time good price outstanding job.

They came early because of a cancelled appointment, but called to see if it was OK. It was. They moved the recliners to our porch, cleaned them and moved them back to the living room. They were very courteous and professional. Excellent job. We would hire them again.

They were very responsive on the phone. We needed to have our carpet stretched, as well. They recommended a company that was excellent. We were having new furniture delivered the following day. They scheduled us early in the morning on a Friday and even showed up a little early. We had already moved all of the furniture, so they were in and out in about an hour. Our carpet has not been this clean in a very long time. They removed a stain in my office I had written off as permanent, as other companies could not remove it. Our carpet was pretty dry when I got home from work and it was completely dry the next day for the furniture. There was not a strong smell (I don't remember if there was one at all) like previous times we have our carpet cleaned. We will definitely use them again.

Mike Pollard did a fantastic job again ( this is the third time I have used this company)! They are always on time, any stains are removed (I have grandkids & sometimes they bring food in the living or bed rooms). The carpets are barely damp when they leave and dry quickly. I had Stanley Steamer once four years ago and my carpet was still damp thru the next morning. Obviously, I will have them out next time and recommend them highly.

We were moving out of our house and had Unbeelievably Clean do the carpets. They arrived on time, did a great job on the carpets, were reasonably priced (no hidden extras). They even attempted to clean a twelve year old stain that was under a bed that we had forgotten about. Although they were unsuccessful, they didn't charge for the effort. We have used this company exclusively for the past several years and regret that they don't service in our new area. Great company and great service.

Did a great job and the price was real fair. Didn't try to sell bogus add-on's like other companies.

This Company is awesome! After reading the good reviews on Angie's List AND getting many recommendations from neighbors who have used them, I made an appt for them to clean our totally vacant 2200 sq ft condo (3 large bdrms & living/dining room were carpets). They showed up on time and quickly got the job done. Our carpets never looked so good! Very friendly & professional. I definitely will use them again!!

As always they did an excellent job. I have been using them to clean my carpets and tile and furniture for a number of years and as they have in the past they did a GREAT job! My furniture is like new again. I will continue to use only them for this service.

The company provided an up-front estimate for the service to be performed. They did not deviate from this estimate and honored a discount they had offered on Angie's List. The providers were professional, prompt, and had a high attention to detail, with the customer's satisfaction being their key objective. The providers were also very careful with the movement of our furniture and placed everything back in its original position after the cleaning process. We highly recommend this company for tile and grout cleaning. They did an outstanding job.

We called first thing on a Monday morning and left a message which was returned in less than two hours. They arrived on time and were quick about the service. However, once they left, we found that there were still urine stains on the sofa cushions. It wasn't a big job and we were in a hurry to get the service completed. We share in the problem for not checking closely (though wet fabric isn't easy to pick over effectively. We didn't ask them to come back and remedy the problem. We just fixed it ourselves and learned something about our sofa cushions!

Workers were very conscientious, professional, punctual and thorough. They protected our appliances and furniture better than any other floor cleaners that I have ever seen They explained ahead of time what they were going to do and how. The price was what was quoted in the estimate. They did an excellent job. We will definitely call them again in the future.

Mike Pollard gave us an estimate for the work mentioned above. We chose him based on positive reviews on Angies List. He arrived at the promised time and performed the jobs quoted, keeping us appraised of any concerns. The results were way better than we expected! He is a professional, knowledgeable, friendly gentleman who not only quotes the job but performs the job! I have no qualms whatsoever recommending his work and praising his work ethic! Of course we tipped him and he quickly let us know that it was not necessary.

Arrived on time. Professional crew and did an amazing job on old carpet bringing it back to life. They even were able to remove rust stains on the indoor/outdoor carpet on the screened porch we thought we were going to have to replace. Carpet dried quickly. Definitely will use again.

Two people came out and worked for about two hours. They left the area very clean. I thought their work was excellent and I would keep going back to them. They go above and beyond without any extra charge. I'd tell my friends and family that they would be very satisfied if they hire them.

They arrived on time, did a walk through with me and went right to work. The work when completed was beautiful. The tile and the grout were restored back to the original colors! They did a walk through again at the end- showed me a few tiles in the bath I knew were cracked and gave me tips on how to fix/hide the cracks. Very professional team and they did a great job. Would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I am long overdue for writing a review. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. The crew moved the furniture around as the floor and other items were being cleaned and everything was put back in place. I added a flooring area to be cleaned at the time of the appointment. All scheduled and new items were cleaned and the price adjustment was very reasonable. I highly recommend Un-beelievably Clean Inc. I will definitely call them again.

It was fantastic. I still cannot believe all stains came out. They arrived on time and were very professional. This is a local owned business, not a Stanley Steamer or other big chain that adds on prices for everything extra. They were extremely fair in their pricing. I like to support my local businesses. The 2 guys arrived just before the appointment time, which was nice. We have 6 cats(many of them are rescue's) and one of them (Tiger), became Very ill about 6 months ago and very nearly died. Tiger had been sick in many, many places in our bedroom and two spots on the up stairs landing. ALL the stains are gone, there is only one on the landing that is 75% gone, they tried several times to get it out. I have a Large L sectional (recliner, sleeper and a chaise), they even moved that, which I was not expecting and found several of my daughters hair ties under there. They work quickly but effectively and I am extremely happy with the out come. The price I was quoted, was the price I paid. No hidden add on, I called and made my payment over the phone, as Mike said "he wasn't going to drive around with my card info, all day". Which was comforting to hear. I definitely will be using no one else in the future for my carpet cleaning needs. A very satisfied customer. I love Angie's List.

Well, i guess. they came during the day when i wasn't home. i could see the service was performed when i came back. i was disappointed some stains were still there, but i assume they cleaned them based on the marks on the carpet from where the machine went over.
