They were a little late coming, but they did call and tell me they were running late. My husband who is not easily impressed and was not real happy about them coming had to stay while I left for my appointment. He had nothing but good things to say about this company. He said they spent a lot of time cleaning the furniture and that Mike knew everything about cleaning. I originally did not schedule the carpet to be cleaned but decided to ask if they could do it when they came. My husband said he was not going to pay a lot but he would ask them. My husband was very happy with the results and the price! Believe me, if my husband was happy to pay for any service, you know it had to be great! We are considering having them come back and clean the grout!

They're fabulous and they were very good. They were recommended to us by a friend and the guys came out, and they were very good. The service was excellent and they made the carpet look like new, and it's a older carpet. They did a really good job with it. It was in our family room so it has a lot of traffic but it looked like new. It's a family owned company so it was a father and son, they work very well together. We just couldn't believe the overall appearance of the carpet, they just did a really great job. My husband is very critical, and he was very pleased.

Very good experience. The owner and an assistant arrived promptly, paid attention to detail without my having to ask, and did an excellent job. We will definitely use them again.

Two men showed up on time, and were very polite and professional. They moved furniture and cleaned the carpets thoroughly-- one room had blood stains from a pet. They removed all traces of blood! They worked very quickly, and put the rooms back together before leaving. In the past I have used chem-dry for carpet cleaning- unbeelievably clean does far superior cleaning and I will hire them again.

WOW, what an awesome company. We have what used to be a puppy, he is now 20 months old. For some reason from the very beginning he thought carpet was the place to GO!. Our bedroom,carpet even though we spot cleaned, looked really bad, especially when the sun shined. I am so grateful. The carpet in all three rooms looks great, however those rooms we hardly ever used so that is to be expected. The carpet in our bedroom looks amazing! I really wanted to relpace it but now I can't it would make no sense. Thanks so much.

The service went very well. The cleaners arrived and asked for details concerning what I'd like cleaned and then I left with my kids (to get them out of the way). I felt that they were trustworthy and efficient enough to leave them to do their job without haviing to stay home. They left the bill on the counter and locked all the doors upon leaving.

Company personnel was very professional. He looked at the family room carpet (which was very, very dirty) and said he would try his best to get the dirt up. I knew that was going to be a hard job to accomplish. He took his time and tried a couple of cleaners and the carpet looks great. Very pleased and would recommend them to friends and use them again.

We have a "summer kitchen" within the Floriday room where I grill food, smoke turkeys, etc. There were dribbles from moving the food; these folks got it clean!!

They came to pick up the rug, when they said they would. They brought it back when they said, unrolled it and moved the furniture back for me. It looks beautiful!! Very, very satisfied -- I'll use them next time, too.

Reached the owner on my first call and appointment was scheduled. Received a call the day of service to offer an earlier time, if convenient. Staff arrived and explained process then began cleaning. They carefully moved furniture and worked around other service people in the home. Answered all my questions regarding cleaning both furniture and a large area rug. Service was thorough & efficient; the technician was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company !

This is the second time I have used his services. He does so much more than just what he says he will do. He will not try to sell you more than what is needed. He will tell you what other services he does but doesn't push it. He will give helpful tips even if he could make more money doing it for you.
