Un-Beelievably Clean Inc

In the new house, the previous owners had another company steam clean the carpets, however you could still smell dirty dog. Not knowing the previous owners were having the carpets cleaned I had already lined up Un-beelievably Clean. I'm glad I did. The day of the service I called to let them know the carpets had already been clean but that you could still smell the pet odor. They applied stuff to kill bacteria within the carpet pad. They were done in less than two hours, the carpets looked great and the pet odor was gone. A week later all pet odor is still gone and the carpets still look great. For the old house, there was a set in grape juice stain that needed attention. They were persistent in treating the stain, returning to it while they worked in other parts of the house. Within one hour they had the full house done and that grape juice stain was practically gone. I just cannot recommend Un-beelievably Clean enough. They are a little higher priced than the coupon deals of another company but seeing the other company's work in the new house and then seeing what Un-beelievably Clean was able to do, they are priced right. I am absolutely willing to pay more for quality work and service. Besides the results, the people are extremely professional and very communicative. I will be using them for my future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

They were very thorough. I was happy with them. There was a water spill, but they were responsive with it.

We got an estimate, and then they came out and did a very good job on my tiles. The workers were very professional. I would use this company's services again for any carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning in my home.

They were reasonable, exceptionally good at their job, and very friendly. They took one of my rugs to their shop to clean, and then brought it back. It was spotless. I would never even consider using anyone else after the great service that they provided me.

There were a number of difficult stains from our dog and from spilled tea and soda. He was able to remove almost all the stains. The work was performed in a professional manner with great care to do a good job. The outcome exceeded my expectations.

I know that it was a good price for sure, but they were there a little bit early. They were able to fit us in earlier, so that they called us and we were able to move the appointment up. They were very professional. They did an excellent job. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule, arrived punctually, got right to work, and left a shining house. Couldn't be better.

They were very nice and professional over the phone. I chose them because of the good reviews on Angie's list. Although there was some reluctance to come all the way down to Palm Bay (yes, it's a fairly long drive), I had enough work for them to make it worth it. They took the 3 rugs back to their shop for cleaning and they look and feel great now. Everything was cleaned to our satisfaction. They were prompt and efficient and were able to return the rugs in a timely manner even though it meant another trip to Palm Bay.

WHEN I CALLED THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME IMMEDITATELY, WHICH WAS GREAT BECAUSE I HAD SPILLED A WHOLE CUP OF COFFEE ON MY WHITE CARPET. THEY WERE EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING. THEY ARRIVED EARLY, INSPECTED ALL THE SPOTS AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH ALL THE FURNITURE AND EVEN MOVED SOME LARGE PIECES THAT I DIDI NOT EXPECT THEM TO MOVE AND NO OTHER CARPET CLEANING COMPANY HAD EVER MOVED!! THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE ALL THE STAINS, INCLUDING THE COFFEE, TAKING THE TIME TO GO OVER SOME SPOTS MORE THAN ONCE. I CAN'T WAIT TO RECOMMEND UN-BEELIEVEABLY CLEAN, INC. TO ALL MY FRIENDS. I called for an estimate on Thursday and was given an estimate of 92.00. My mother in laws back porch, which is carpeted, had rain leak in from the last storm. The carpet stated to smell, despite all her do it yourself treatments. They were able to come out Friday a.m. and did a beautiful job. Very professional and courteous. As the rooms were small, they only charged their minimum of 75.00, which was unexpected since they quoted a higher price.

Without doubt, the best-ever cleaning of carpets and tile that I have experienced! Found them on Angie's List, we agreed on a certain date and time to do the cleaning. Men were there on time as promised; extremely professional in every way: appearance; have the very latest in cleaning equipment, which made a tremendous difference in getting some old stains out of the carpeting. For everything they did, I consider the price very reasonable. Will definitely use again!

I found them on Angie's List. They did an incredibly amazingly job of cleaning the floor tiles. The tenants had left it in such a horrible condition and I never thought it could be resurrected and I can’t believe how they took off the stains. They are very knowledgeable. They are efficient and their pricing was very fair. On different occasions they have cleaned my carpets also.I will continue to use them in the future.

We are putting our home of 35 years on the market to sell. With many years of living & an extensive number of people, from friends & family to movers, repair personnel, coming & going, i even in rainy weather, our carpet & tile really needed to be cleaned. We were considering replacing the carpet, but were advised by friends that have just sold or have their houses on the market, that people will probably want to choose their own colors & flooring type & a good carpet cleaner could perform miracles. With many set backs & complications on our part, they were caring, flexible & patient with moving their service date for us several times to accommodate our changing schedule. They arrived on time, worked steady & hard, cleaning tile & carpet, as well as removing rust from a sofa bed. They did an AWESOME job! Since there was still more work to be done in our home, Mike offered to schedule a follow up to make sure that when we put our house on the market it would the freshest it could be for us. The concern for their customer is truly genuine!, In a world where dedicated service, concern for the customer & working together to satisfy the customer's needs is very rare...we found a gem in Un-BEElievably Clean, they gave us value...a totally professional job in their quality of service, as well as saved us money... High marks in every area. The carpet and rugs are now beautiful as well as all the furniture which had dulled with animals rubbing against them. Everything now looks virtually brand new. It was well worth the money and I intend on using them for all my future needs. Very thoughtful and strong work ethic

Arrived right on time, asked me what in specific I wanted done and they began to do the work. One of the rooms was so small, they didn't even charge me for it.

They came on time, took the cushions to their facility, and returned them in like new condition. In addition they cleaned the patio chairs before installing the cushions. The cushions look like new. We are quite satisfied with their service and would use them again

I liked the idea of the rugs being shaken to loosen the dirt then steamed cleaned. They were not that dirty, so there was not much difference in the appearance, when rugs returned. The carpet stains however, were removed on the day, however the following day when the carpet was dry, the stains returned (from underlay?) just as bad as before.

I had an original quote from them that dated back more than 6 mos. but they honored it when I could afford it. I appreciated the fact that they didn't try to haggle me on the price. Definitely not your typical franchise steam cleaning company.

It went very well. We called and got an estimate over the phone. All options were quoted and discussed. Appointment was made over the phone, workers showed up on time in clean uniforms. Finished the work in the amount of time estimated to the quality level we expected.

THEY WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. WE WENT OVER WHAT I NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THAST MY EXPECTATIONS FOR A COUPLE OF THE AREA RUGS WEREN'T REAL HIGH BUT THEY WERE WILLING TO TRY. THEY GOT DOWN TO BUSINESS AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. SURPRISINGLY TO ME EVEN THE RUGS I DIDN'T THINK WOULD COME CLEAN DID VERY WELL. I HAVE FOUND A VERY GOOD CARPET CLEANING COMPANY AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS. I AM GOING TO HAVE THEM CLEAN MY UPHOLSTERY ON MY COUCH NEXT. I THOGHT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF CARPET AND RUGS THAT WERE CLEANED. THEY DO TAKE THE AREA RUGS THAT CAN BE MOVED TO THEIR SHOP FOR MORE THOROUGH CLEANING BUT ARE RETURNED TO YOU PROMPTLY AFTER CLEANING.
