When scheduling appointment, the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and courteous. On day of job, I received a call that they were running a bit late. Surprisingly, the crew arrived only a few minutes late. They were very professional, neatly dressed and well spoken. We walked through to take a look at the areas that I wished to have cleaned and they assured me that the cost would be as quoted over the phone. They immediately started work and worked at a brisk pace for about 2.5 hours. All furniture was placed on pads or foam cubes. Once everything dried I was amazed. Our carpet is at least 12 years old. The color has returned and it feels wonderful on bare feet! The furniture is nearly 20 years old and, other than some slight wear, looks wonderful. Implan to have them come back before Thanksgiving to get the carpet ready for the holidays!

I had just purchase house and was having lots of work done prior to moving in. With all the work going on the carpet was in need of deep cleaning. The crew arrived as scheduled and was very professional. The carpet looked good as new. I would definitely use company again.

Good overall. The team put furniture on foam above the wet carpet to protect it. Will use again however they did not give me the Angies List deduction that I am aware of!

Called company and needed job done on short notice. Called on Friday and got service that day. They were able to squeeze me in thankfully. Guys arrived,were quick, professional and efficient. They moved small pieces of furnature that other companies had not! Used an Angie's list coupon and paid. Quick. Easy. Clean!

Came out at time promised for an estimate and demo. Was impressed with demo and ordered service. Mike and crew came out on time and finished job in less than two hours. No mess. Courteous service. Definitely recommend.

I am completely satisfied with the ceramic tile cleaning service provided and the price paid for services. The crew treated our house like it was their own and they were really easy to work with. When complete, the tile and grout looked almost brand new, which is better than we expected! If I had to list a complaint, it would be that they were slightly late (about 15 mins), but this would not change my mind to use them again given their outstanding service.

It went very well. They were neat and cleaned after themselves.

The men arrived on time and first explained the process. They cleaned every part of the carpet that they could get to.

I can't say enough about this company. I've never written a review for a company in my life, but my experience was so wonderful that I felt I should. They did such a great job; were in and out timely as stated, courteous to a fault, ensuring that they did EVERYTHING I'd wanted - it was a wonderful experience. When my husband got home, his first comment upon seeing the grout was "WOW - who knew our grout was ever that color!". Highly recommended...

This is the third time I have used this company. They always do an excellent job. They are very attentive to detail. The tiles look so good after the cleaning!

Showed up at appointed time; professional in every respect; price was exactly as estimated; excellent job in cleaning of rugs (which had much dog hair, by the way). Carpets look brand new, although they are certainly not. Highly recommend, and plan to use them several times this year just to keep the carpets looking so new and fresh.

On time arrival - worked steadily and did an excellent job on some very soiled carpeting.

They move the smaller furniture (but the larger items (LCD TV etc) they cleaned around). They pre-treated the carpet, and then cleaned using a large (I mean LARGE) piece of equipment in a truck. It took about 3 hours for the carpet to dry, but it looked great.

We were very pleased with the services performed. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job.

I plan to use them again in the near future because I am going to move in about 6 weeks. I will use them again in the future.

This was absolutely the best carpet cleaning my rugs have ever had. From the first phone call to them I knew I was going to be pleased. Lisa on the phone was extremely polite and friendly and very responsive to my scheduling needs. Then on the day of service when the truck arrived........right on time...... I was impressed with its cleanliness, both inside and out. It was obvious that Mike took pride in his business. He introduced himself and his helper and gave me his business card. Then they proceeded to get to work. They have corner guards to protect wall corners and furniture edges. I had used other carpet cleaning services in the past and never have seen these before. They were great for protecting walls and furniture from the hose. And when they say STEAM cleaning they mean STEAM. Other companies just have hot water. Therefore the carpets dried more quickly. And the final results were spectacular. My rugs all looked brand new!!! The traffic paths were gone!!! And the aroma that lingered was as fresh as a spring day. Un-Beelievably Clean Inc is by far the best that I have ever used and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Also I want to add that there cost is very reasonable. In the past I have paid more and gotten less. Thank you, Un-Beelievably Clean Inc!!!

They are on time and do a very nice job. They get a lot of the stains out. The tile looks like it is brand new when they are finished.
