Description of Work: We hired this company to clean our carpet in three bedroom, dinning room, and living room. They did a fantastic job! Although they do not move ultra heavy furniture like entertainment systems and king size beds or dressers, they do move sofa's and tables. The method used for cleaning was steam. All carpets were dry within 2 hours of cleaning. The cost we paid was $145.00.

Description of Work: Two very professional men showed up as scheduled. They first treated the grout with a chemical and scrubbed it with a brush in all rooms. Then they went over the grout and tile with a machine and cleaned it. It looks wonderful after 10 years of wear. We had several places where the grout needed filled in and they also did that without charging extra since we had the grout. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned and applied protection to three areas, living, dining and master bedroom. They arrived on time, worked diligently, moved all movable furniture except for king sized bed. The last time we had carpet cleaned the other vendor did not move all furniture but worked around the sofa, recliner and desk. The crew were courteous, timely and efficient.

Description of Work: I had my wall-to-wall carpeting cleaned several times and found the work to be exemplary. However, the work was done with a rug cleaning machine rather than the truck mounted unit because my home is on the 9th floor of a condo. Apparently, this machine was only used for a couple of clients and when it broke down, it was not feasible to repair it. Therefore, I have not been able to use Heaven's Best for a couple of years. I would highly recommend the work they do.

Description of Work: We had a great experience. Very nice people that go above and beyond. My son had just gotten gum on our natural fiber rug. When asked if they could get the gum out. They not only worked on the gum but cleaned the entire rug at no charge. We contracted for our sectional to be cleaned.

Description of Work: Excellent!!!! I had carpets and tile cleaned in our rental house. The tile grout went from dark dirty brown to light tan, just like new! They also cleaned our micro-fiber couches and they took their time and did an amazing job. We have stone in our master bath and it looks much better, because of the stone they could not use the stronger chemicals to get the grout like new but I am very pleased. Mike was so very polite and professional.

Description of Work: I had a smoke problem in a rental condo. They told me what I needed to do before having the carpets cleaned. They arrived on time with modern equipment that was truck mounted and brought the hoses up three floors. The carpets looked excellent when they were finished.

I gave them an A so that this comment would not put a black mark against their rating.I was excited to read that they had great reviews but bummed that they are not in my area. They should probably mention what distance they are willing to travel on their website. Thanks.

Description of Work: They cleaned 3 bedrooms and did a fabulous job. I like to support small companies and am glad I have found one more I'll be using again. They didn't try to sell anything extra just did a great job on the carpet.
