Description of Work: I called about an electrical problem - the wall switch was unresponsive. The tech helped me through this problem then completely serviced the door, cleaning and lubricating the springs, rollers, etc. He also gave me some tips on keeping the door running smoothly. All this and I was charged only for the service call. In other words, he didn't fix stuff that wasn't broken! I would highly recommend Tropical Garage Doors for their punctuality, professionalism, competence and, most of all, honesty.

Description of Work: We thought we needed new springs, but when the technician got there, it turned out to be a part on our opener that had worn out. He told my husband what to order, as it was something he could do himself. He also tightened the springs and greased the track. Our door was not this quiet even when we first got it!! Great service!

Description of Work: Had a new garage door and opener installed by Tropical doors. The estimate was quickly obtained and it was lower than others we had received. As soon as we gave the OK the permit was obtained and the work was completed in less than a week. Great customer service, terrific work, and very efficient. Can I give extra credit for A+ experience?

Description of Work: I had them repair our garage door opener since it was not opening properly. They did a great work. The technician was very prompt and professional. He ended up replacing a couple of parts that were worn out. They are very responsive and punctual. We have used them ma ny times with positive results.
