They did a great job. It only took them 3 hours to remove and install the door, opener, and keypad. Everything was cleaned up. The door looks really good. We are very happy with the price and the work.

Both technicians, brothers, were polite and knowledgable. Told me what NEEDED to be done and what their recommendations for future work to keep the door working properly. I had both done so I could use Angie's coupon.

Needed to have both torsion springs replaced. Sent message to Tropical Doors late Friday night and received a call from Jason first thing Saturday morning. Jason came right out and was finished in 30 minutes. Not only replaced both springs but also installed a missing bearing at no charge and lubricated all hinges, tracks and wheels. Also took off 20% for being an Angie's List customer. Great service, great guy and very professional. Would highly recommend.

The estimate was a little higher than the company that we went with for the work. The gentleman did not explain a lot to me and the other companies that came out were a lot more thorough.

The service technician, Jason, discovered that my problem was an inexpensive repair. I was convinced I would need a new garage door opener. Luckily, he was honest enough to let me know it was a simple fix and that I should save my money until I really needed to fix replace the opener. HONESTY has earned Tropical Garage Doors a lifelong customer!! I will definitely use them again and I Highly Recommend them.
