After the tech told me they needed o order new door seals I called every month to get the same story that they were on back order or they sent the wrong one's. This happened for a 5 month time. I looked local and found 3 businesses within a 20 miles that hd the seals on their shelf and several sites on the internet. The last time I went to the store to question the status of the seals and was told to bring in the item and switch it out, however they wanted me to bting in the unit. this place is a place that needs to be shut down and the owners should be held accountable for their missleading business! Check them out on the BBB web site.....not pretty!
Description of Work: the item had a 30 day warranty, the door seals leaked. they sent a tech to the house to fix them all he did was put liquid soap on the seal. Called them back a week later for the sam problem and the tech said I needed new seal and he would order them.

One of the kids had left our freezer door open and the ice maker would no longer work. We called Topline Appliance to come out and fix it. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same week and the repair man arrived right on time. When I explained that the kids had left the door open and now the ice maker did not work, he didn't even look at the freezer door and just said that we would have to purchase a new door for $400. I asked him if he would at least look at the door and he said no he didn't need to as there was nothing that he could do. He said he would put the order in for a new door right away. We said no thank you and were able to resolve the problem by ourselves later that week by dismantling the door ourselves, with the help of Whirlpool phone support, de-icing and drying the parts, and re-assembling them. The ice maker has worked perfectly ever since.
