DON"T HIRE THIS COMPANY! First of all Juan and Maria of this company are a class act and should really work for a more reputable company. We ordered and paid a deposit for our impact window back in early May. We were promised they would be ordered and installed in 3 weeks. Maria kept us abreast of why our windows were delayed. First it slipped thru the ordering hole and was not ordered, then the distributor screwed up and the last few times the window came in "broken". I talked to a person named "Casey" that I was told was told was the owner of the company in late July. He made us a "deal" where we would only pay half price for the window. In August when the window still hadn't shown up I demanded our money back and he said I had to go to the distributor to get the money. We had written our check to Superior Window and at that time I told my husband to handle it because I was fed up with "Casey's" unprofessionalism. My husband got the same story, sent a letter in September and asked for our money back. When my husband finally got fed up with dealing with "Casey" in early December a person named "Saul" phoned us and said he would write us a check for $2,000 as a "settlement". We accepted the check, $368.08 short of the deposit we made in May, to get this over and done with. So we lost $368.08. My next letter is to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Not well. I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate, On scheduled date I waited 4 hours for owner to show up. He never came or called. I called and left a message but no return call. I called the next day and rescheduled. Later in the day I stopped by their showroom. When I mentioned this the receptionist checked and told me they didn't do estimates on the day I was told I was scheduled. She rescheduled me for another day. Again on that day I waited and he didn't show up or call again. I called the office to complain. I told the girl who answered I had no choice but to give them a terrible review on Angie's list and other sites. 5 minutes later the owner called me and told me that because the estimates were free, they felt they had no obligation to actually show up or call. Again this came directly from the owner. I highly advise not to use this company.
