Superb Kitchens & Baths

Sam Laloo remodeled the apartment next door ok but would not even bother to give us an estimate for a total kitchen remodel. Was very disappointed he did not even respond that he was too busy to take us on. Very Unprofessional!

Originally we had planned to renovate only our kitchen, but after seeing the quality craftsmanship and great pricing, we decided to add on the bathrooms. Sam did a great job designing everything we wanted into our new kitchen. We were beside ourselves with joy when we saw the price which imcluded granite countertops!

Fair. I had to be very involved with scheduling, inspecting. Final work was not inspected, and phone call for additional work was not returned. No follow through.

I tried to get them in here, but he couldn't get the measurement for the flooring because he needed the flooring guy. It was hard to coordinate the flooring guy to come here. Apparently the day he was coming the boss called me and said the was coming. I asked them to skip it today because I have the flu. Then he even showed up anyway. So my grandson told him I couldn't. They were definitely slow that was my big thing with them. They ended up not even giving me the money estimate. I went down there and they showed me the design but it said it had to be a budget. They showed me a plan on the computer as to what I was asking for, so it wasn't really what i asked for so he wasn't really listening to me. I was not happy about that, and they didn't give me a price after all that. The guy did show up on time when I finally made the appointment. They have a really nice store. There were mainly men in there and the particular designer i worked with i felt he wasn't listening to what i wanted. He gave me good pointer. They never gave me a price.

Sam sold us the new cabinets and provided the installers for the cabinets and the granite counter tops, and also a plasterer. His sub-contractors did good work, and were all able to work around other sub-contractors whom I had hired to do windows, floors, etc. Sam and Maria were very responsive when I had a question or an issue. The result made my wife happy.

Cabinets were great, excellent quality and install. Counter top took couple weeks extra, when finally in everything looked excellent except gap for dishwasher is a little wide.

Everyone we dealt with at Superb was friendly, professional and courteous. The job was completed in about two weeks. Dino, the installer did an EXCELLENT job. He has a great work ethic, is a perfectionist and treated the job as if it were his mother's kitchen! We were also pleased with the workers who installed the granite counter tops.

The cabinets and granite counter tops they installed are very high quality and look great. The installer, Dino, was outstanding, hard working, neat and very quality focused. The initial measurements were not perfect but Dino found a way to make everything work. There was some plumbing work needed to move drain pipes so the cabinets would fit, since it was a different configuration from the original. I think that should have been noticed in the measuring phase. It slowed the project down but ultimately was resolved with no additional cost to me. I had to do some drywall patching, baseboard replacement, scrape caulking from the floor and of course paint, since the cabinets were a different size than the old ones, but that was well explained up front. All in all, very pleased with this provider.

They put in granite countertops and designed and installed solid wood cabinets with crown molding. It took them 1 day to take the old stuff out and one day to put the new stuff in. The other companies quoted me the time frame months and much more money. This company has thier cabinets already made so they are able to prefab them on the spot. I was having trouble with some of the door closers and they replaced them. They are very professional. I couldn't be happier.

We have never completely replaced a Kitchen before so this was a little scary, but Sam Laloo from Superb Kitchens and Baths was very informative and reassuring to us that everything would go just fine. We did the demolition ourselves because I wanted to remove our drop ceiling before the new cabinets went in, but I think the demolition would have been free for a standard cabinets removal (Don't quote me on that though). The cabinet installers (Ernest January and his son Jeffery) were VERY VERY experienced and efficient at installing our 14 cabinets in one day. The countertop installer (Cedrick) was also very experienced at installing the Solid Surface Countertop we chose. He was willing to come at practically any hour of the day to make sure we had our countertops installed quickly and professionally. We would definitely choose Superb Kitchens and Baths again! We had an excellent experience from Superb Kitchens and Baths.
