Laura is the best! I now have her coming once a month. She goes above and beyond! I cannot say enough good things about her cleaning and professionalism.

She goes way beyond the normal cleaners. She washed windows, cleaned sliding glass door tracks, she moped and she used a real mop instead of a Swiffer cleaner, she wiped down the baseboards, I could go on and on. She is an absolute wonderful person and I am going to have her come at least once a month and clean. She is GREAT!

I called three other services from Angie's list and none of them called me back. But when I called Laura Barker with Shirley's Cleaning Service, I received a call back the same day. I was very happy with Laura's cleaning services and will hire her again. She arrived on time, was professional, and her work was exceptional. She was also great with my dogs!

Initial response was quick however quote for work to be performed over the telephone was fair and when she arrived to provide the service told me that she quoted a low price that she would have to charge me a higher price for her service. After she finished the house I did a walk through with her and asked if some furniture had been cleaned and she did not know, and I asked if the kitchen sink had been cleaned and she did not know. The work was sub-normal and I was lookig for someone to use elbow grease and do the deep cleaning and she left a lot to be desired. She said she was not contracted for this type of work and I said that I did not need her services again. She mopped my laminate wood floors with a dirty mop and water (yuch!). I had to reclean them after she left and I paid her for this work. Never again!!

She was awesome and she came in with two others as part of her team. She asked me what needed to be done and the next time onwards it was done the way I wanted it to be done. She asked me to make notes and give it to her so that they did everything the right way. She was open and receptive to what I had to say. Her price was reasonable because I had three people to do the work for the price of one person. They also finished sooner because there were three of them. They were professional and punctual.
