They arrived on time and started drying the water quickly. Bad window seals led to water everywhere. They even started the drying process by cutting out the wet wall board near the floor. We were very happy with the completed job. Thanks Steve K and team.

Description of Work: The 2 service men were professional and worked REALLY hard!!! We had an 8' sectional/attached cushions/3 reclining seats. There was also a 10x10 detached cushions sectional. These men did a GREAT job!! They were VERY respectful and, AGAIN, WORKED HARD. I commend them for doing such a fine job!!! Thanks guys!!!

+ -1 moreI only have 2 bedrooms with carpet but they did area rugs and entry rugs as well. The two guys were very professional, prompt, courteous and clean. Carpets and rugs look very good after the cleaning. There was some confusion with the owner about the Angies deal but when I called he was very concerned about making it work. He for some reason had not been notified about my purchasing the deal. The guys took my Angies deal print out without issue.
Description of Work: Used Angies deal to get carpet cleaning for 120.

Ray Owens evaluated the need within a day of first contact, and he was able to provide a team to do the work as soon as I was able to receive them. The crew was amazing! I was disabled and recovering from a broken leg, and the ServPro team went above and beyond to make sure I was not left with a mess and belongings scattered throughout my home. I was impressed and touched. The final cost came in BELOW the estimate.
Description of Work: ServPro removed infected dry wall from the master closet, cleaned and removed all particles, continued with HEPA filter, blow fans, sheathing, etc. to keep unaffected areas clean, and then they repaired, repainted and restored the closet completely.

+ -1 moreThe Provider arrived on time ready to perform services. In times past two technicians were sent so that heavy furniture could be moved/replaced. This time only one tech was provided to do what formerly took two. It is my belief that heavy furniture was not moved enough to clean under but rather just cleaned around so the job was not done as well as in the past. I had to help the tech move some pieces. I would try this provider again IF they send two techs.

Description of Work: I have used Serve Pro Several Times in the past. The first two were covered by our Insurance Co, one for Water Damage, and the other Smoke. Both times, the experience was exceptional. They did an incredible job, and it was as their advertising states ' it is like it never happened'. Since then I have used them for Carpet Cleaning 3 times. The first two again were wonderful experiences. They were a little higher priced, but the results were worth it. The last time, had the same cleaner, can't remember his name, but he is their carpet guy. I really didn't check it out thoroughly before he left as the carpet was still damp, but it was as if he did not use any cleaner, and rinsed the carpet only. I would not use them again for carpet cleaning again. But overall their service is exceptional, and if your insurance company recommends them and will pay, definitely use them.

+ -1 moreI now have wood floors. We used them in the past with insurance claims. We had them out when we had smoke damage. They got the house and carpets so clean, that I used them continually as I needed my carpets cleaned. They are expensive and the last time I wasn’t as pleased but they usually do a really good job for any cleaning or damage clean up in your home.
