Absolutely no problems. everything done according to plan.

Friendly, cooperative, professional and easy to work with. Explained exactly what they were going to do, and answered all my questions in depth. Coordinated with my solar panel suppliers to have my panels removed, and replaced after the roof work was completed. Left materials behind for the solar crew to use when torching down composite 'sleepers' to use to anchor the panels. Located a gutter company who had the necessary equipment to manufacture the 5 inch gutter runs. They started when they said they were going to start and finished when they said the were going to finish. Last, but not least, they under bid two other companies for the job
Description of Work: Re- covered flat roof over patio with single ply torch down surface. Replaced about 10 to 15 sq. ft. of rotten ceiling wood and fascia. Replaced all the rusted drip edge. Replaced two runs of old leaking hard-to-get 5 inch gutter abutting the patio roof, with new seamless 5 inch gutter.

Overall they were very good. My parents are having a new roof put on by the same contractors. He is good and very good on the price. He is the only one I would go to in the future.
