They did the roof rather quickly because I was able to have my insurance pay me early. However there was Siding and soffit damage which them took forever to repair. They would not return phone calls they seemed not interested in fixing the whole project. I recommended to two other friends and they are having similar issues. Would never use them again.

Tom Pirami, the owner, visited my wife and I in January 2017 to give us an estimate. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the endless ins and outs of metal roofs. Most importantly he explained that steel roofs would rust at our location (2 blocks from the beach) and so therefore we must use aluminum. So we signed a contract for $30,000.00 and gave him half down. We were assigned the best 2 person work team ever - Nick and Matt. I observed these 2 on occasion to gain an appreciation of the difficulty of this work. I should explain that Tom had taken the measurements of the roof using google earth and his by-hand measurements and the factory cut all the metal accordingly. Then when it was delivered, Nick and Matt, organized all the pieces on a vacant lot behind our house. Then, after the shingles were removed, the new high temp peel and stick underlayment (SWB) was expertly installed. They installed new .032 aluminum nail strip standing seam metal roof with stainless steel fasteners in a beautiful teal in Kynar 500. It took the 2 men about 4 weeks of constant work to complete this work. They did not rush the job but took great pride in doing it correctly. Once they were done, another 2 person crew came in and tore out all the old soffits and replaced them with high color, very high quality Ventura Hidden Vent Soffit whole house color white. Then new gutters were installed. I received a 25 year corrosion guarantee and a 10 year Craftsmanship warranty. Roofing is complicated and the range of materials is endless. Tom doesn't push any particular product, he simply gives you all the options and let's you decide on what you want. There was never any sales pressure. You might pay a little more with Tom, but the piece of mind in that you are getting very high quality work with high quality materials makes it a no-brainer decision.
