I have had experiences in different locations of Pinch A Penny Inc and it has been wonderful. This one seemed to be a little bit closer to us and the main person that we deal with is Josh. He knows us by name and is very customer oriented. He knows everything about pools. We wanted solar heat for the pool and he recommended somebody who was excellent. They are just totally, a customer service oriented shop. I have been to a few of them and they all do a very good job. The pricing is excellent. If there is coupon available, they make sure that we have it and that we get a discount. They have all our information in their computer, so they know what size pool we have and what chemicals we have bought. We bought our last pool filter about three years ago, so when we went this time, they knew exactly which pool filter it was and explained how it needs to be replaced. They always act as if I am the only person in the store, even if they have 10 or 15 other customers.

They were recommended by the company that installed our pool. They have many locations. Some are small and some are larger. I have been to their store in Titusville and the one in Merritt Island but we use the one in Cocoa. This one location in Cocoa, the customer service is outstanding. I can go in there any time and there are always enough people working there to help me. They test the pool water without any problems. They recommend chemicals for any problems one might be experiencing in the pool. The customer service is the whole thing with them. The customer service and the knowledge are just outstanding.
