Orion was so professional and prompt right from the start. This was a complicated work order involving a home warranty claim and Orion was an out of network contractor. Jeremy the owner worked closely with me so that I could follow the home warranty protocol and maximize my reimbursement for the repair, from emailing a detailed summary of work order and costs, to being able to pay online and download the receipt. They showed up the next day to diagnose and complete the replacement of wrong-sized, outdated breakers and disconnects. From beginning to end, it was a pleasure working with this company and they helped make the whole process easier.
