Staff was prompt and responsive to my need. Andres was professional and explained my a/c situation thoroughly. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this business to others.

We called them to come out and look at our two mini-splits. One mini-split was sending water down the wall (the baseboard is ruined) and the other was not working at all. We set up an appointment for the next day (Saturday) between 9 am and noon. At 12:30 we called to see when the tech would arrive. They had not recorded our appointment and would not make accommodations for us - the earliest they would come to our home was Tuesday. Since we had no AC in the rooms where the mini-splits are located, we told them not to come and called someone else who arrived first thing Monday morning. We do not recommend One Hour AC - in our opinion they are not dependable.

Quick to make appoint. Very thorough! Took the time to diagnose furnace issue ,ordered part and installed it in a very timely manner! Would definitely use again and recommend them!

Our technician Dan was informative and professional. He explained everything as he worked. I feel like I know more about my ac system now than prior to his arrival. I would definately recommend and hire them again.

Prompt and courteous

Very first thing I did was show them exposed wires to the outside unit of the house. These were never repaired, nor was the outside unit even looked at after I pointed this out. I still have exposed wires and have already paid them.

Less than a few hours since repair and AC nice and cool , Chris was professional and cordial ,also answered any questions before and after . I'm not informed in the business enough to say the pricing was great , so I"ll never give a 5 star rating in that specific category . An invoice with pricing is given with breakdown , overall I'm content with the service and repair ,,, so far so good . Definitely recommend .
