+ 1 moreI was delighted with him. He also took care of a simple problem with our dishwasher that no one had come out to fix without charging a high service fee. He always called before he came out.
Description of Work: He repaired 2 of our doors. There were also places where water was coming in, he repaired that and also repaired the flooring it had damaged. He also cleaned our gutters and the outside of the home.

I called them only a day before the work was done and was relieved and grateful that they were able to do it on such short notice, since I needed it done before my family was to return. They came out about an hour after I first called, looked at what I need done, shopped around for the best price for materials, and had it all done by around 3:30 PM the next day. They didn't work like they were rushing to get it over with, but took the time to do a good job. Handy Maid is THE BEST.
Description of Work: They did a beautiful job of constructing a shelter for my trike, which looked great next to my greenhouse. The shelter was made with wood posts, fencing, gates on each end and a wavy metal roof. They also hung birdhouses on the posts of the shelter and the adjacent greenhouse, which made nice decorative accents. Other work involved making my greenhouse secure (installing a hasp and an interior lock for the door), putting in door pulls, screws to hang a clothesline, nails to hang wreaths and removing and re-installing a deadbolt for the door to the main house after getting it re-keyed. I felt very comfortable with them and feel that they are good, honest people.

+ -1 moreVery good - Problems unrelated to his work -but through the oversight of inspector and termite inspector led to delay some work and additional costs - Handy Maid did not take on any job ,for the sake of gaining more money or hours, that they did not believe they could accomplish with quality.

+ 3 moreIt went exactly the way he said it would from start to finish. Like he'd done it a thousand times before. But my job was very custom and one of a kind and done great.
Description of Work: Had them do some cleanup at my home. Fixed a faucet and some door knobs. Added some cabinets and countertops special made to match my existing. Really knows his business.
