+ -1 moreTheir response time was really slow and there was a lack of professionalism. I have now decided to go with someone else for the job.
Description of Work: I need to have a fence installed and was calling to get estimates from different providers. It took them 3 days to even call back. I have yet to see what they would install. I never saw a person face to face and it was all done over the phone. They still haven’t provided an estimate.

+ -1 moreBad measuring, nice apologitic secretary.
Description of Work: Ordered a 48 inch gate which they forgot to give me on Saturday, so when I installed the fence on Sunday-no gate. Went 12 miles to get the gate- gave me a 42 inch gate. Went another 12 miles back on Tuesday, got a 44 inch gate. Wrong again. SPECIFICALLY told them 48 inches one more time. Last time went back got 47 inches. These people dont know how to measure. Finally took the gate back and got a refund. Went to Atlantic Fencing. Got it right the first time!

+ -1 moreIf you dont mind a gate taking a month to install, dealing with the companys personel issues and the company not being able to communicate with it's own employees or the companies ability to communicate with the customer. Having an additional quote for replacing 65 boards on a fence to take 2 weeks before you call them back for the status and find out they have forgotten about the quote then this company is for you. Also after weeks of the companies inabilities if you actually think you have the right to complain you are threatened at 6:00 PM on a Friday that if payment isnt made by Monday your gate will be repossessed and you will be turned in to a collections agency even when you arent late with the payment. ?
Description of Work: Replacement of a wooden with aluminum frame double gate.
