Drain Wizard Plumbing & Rooter Service

Drain Wizzard Plumbing is AWESOME. They called us to offer help after we removed all visible hair from our shower drain but still did not drain. They advised us to fill the shower and plunge it and they would arrive the following morning if that did not work. It worked. Thank you Drain Wizzard. We will call you guys first next time!

This guy is excellent , courteous, professional and kind. I have a leak, he went over, looked everywhere, and explained to me that I would need a leak detector , he even recommended a couple . If I have a plumbing issue that he can handle I will definitely use him

The owner answered the phone on the first call. An appointment was scheduled and his employee showed up promptly. The installer was polite and professional. The technician was very efficient and changed out the water heater quickly. I could not be more happy with this company for pricing and service. I would highly recommend them to others...

Kevin arrived on time and did a great job. It was a more difficult installation than anticipated, since Kevin had to saw/cut the old faucet off on top of the Counter Top to remove it, due to a frozen hold-down screw underneath the counter-top. I told him that although I was given an Estimate for the Install, I understood that the difficulty of the job could make the Estimated Cost go up. I was charged the amount I was quoted, plus I received a 5% Discount using the Angie's List Coupon.

These guys were great! They arrived within two hours, were in and out within a half an hour. They cleared the clog pronto! They were quick and professional. And we actually need a new toilet installed. They are going to do that, too! All reasonably priced!

Drain Wizard impressed me greatly. They contacted me with an over-the-phone estimate within minutes of my posting to Angie's List. Their estimate was about the same as another company's that responded just as quickly. In reality it was the water heater brand that made the decision. DW installs Bradford-White while the other company provides AO Smith. Reviews and personal experience (and satisfaction) with the Bradford-White heater made the decision for me. Service was provided on the day I designated, which was the day after I accepted the estimate. They came at the time agreed upon and immediately got to work. During that time I asked about other work I needed done and then had two outside hose bibs as well as the house shutoff valve replaced. Fair prices and fast, professional service. No more needs to be said.

We had an unknown plumbing issue in our upstairs that flooded the downstairs. They were responsive, quick, effective and professional. I highly recommend and have said to friends “hey if you need a plumber, let me know!”

Austin did a great job. Fixed the problem very quick, and price was very reasonable.

We can't say enough good about Drain Wizard Plumbing. Was not an emergency but after calling Monday, Austin and Carl were here on Tuesday with a brand new water heater. In about a hour Austin had pulled out, drained and loaded up the old broken water heater, installed our new water heater and I had HOT water! We also had another issue with our water main outside the house being buried about 18 inches underground and Austin fixed that too! Now the on/off valve is in a brand spanking new housing that is several inches above ground. Professional demeanor and they cleaned up behind themselves. Hardworking and honest, I highly recommend the Drain Wizard!

Called and the came the next day with the new water heater and installed it quickly. I also noticed a leak under my kitchen sink and they were able to handle that as well at the time

They came when they were called and did the job with out a problem. Sink drains great now. The guy did come in an wash his hand without asking permissions. I took off a bit for this on Professionalism but overall they did a good job and the price was fair.

He is very punctual and if it is an emergency he is available within a few hours within the dane day but if its a scheduled thing it is usually with in a couple of days at the most.
