This is the second time that I have had the opportunity to use Dittmer Air & Heat to repair my Pentair Pool Heater and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Nick, our service tech has been to our home both times and is excellent. He is professional, timely and informative, giving me all the options, which allowed us to make an informed decision for the repair needed. He went above and beyond to make sure that my pool heater was repaired timely so that I could continue to teach my little swimmers. I am grateful for his efforts and Dittmer Air for their timely scheduling and fair pricing.

They are prompt , professional , available 24/7. Their prices are very fair, you pay for 159$ a year for maintenance check which for me is very reasonable.

They did good. They showed up on time. They came in and gave me and estimate and showed up on time. If I recall correctly, they had to disconnect wiring on the side of my house that according to the codes, or the guy coming around and expecting from the town, they would not have approved of that. Then he said he would be back to hook it up but he never did come back to do that. I guess that is looked at as something wrong or illegal.

It was free. I liked that with that company you talk to the owner and he is available to come out and he does. His crew does the work but he comes out to make sure it is fine and everything is right. He is always available. You call and you get him.

The price was very reasonable. I thought they were honest. They went through the whole unit. I asked about the ultra unit light that the units now use inside. That's suppose to help with the dust particles. According to the manufacturer I was reading the information they should be used yearly. At that point the light was at 2 years. He checked it and said it was still working, I wouldn't replace it. Thats like a $100 light. The price was decent, and they actually gave me a discount and I am not sure why. Everything was negotiable.

Excellent! Great team to work with. Highly recommend.

Although we don't need to use the furnace very often, when it does get cold, we want it to work. Our gas furnace is only about 6 years old but has had chronic issues. Previous HVAC company was never able to resolve issue. Friend recommended Dittmer. Dittmer came out. After trouble shooting, they finally found the culprit of the problem. Furnace worked great the rest of the winter. Very happy with their perseverance and workmanship. Now that it is warm out, I will call Dittmer if I run into any AC issues.

Great Service and Great Price!

Darrin Dittmer, came in at looked at what I needed yesterday. He told me my options, gave me a price, and we made a deal in the space of about 15 minutes. I had numerous estimates each seeming to view the job as complicated, and most expensive. Mr. Dittmer gave the price I wanted, and the quality I expected. Today, Joey, James, and Justin came out and installed the system with the utmost professionalism. Darrin has a can-do attitude, and gave me the info, and the service I needed without all the tangential nonsense. I will call Dittmer, anytime I need hvac help. Thank you!

Staff was very professional and conscientious. Price was very competitive and would recommend this company for any residential or commercial project.

The fan and then the compressor in our condenser unit failed within a couple days of each other. It was either replace just the outside condenser unit or get a new matched system with a warranty. Got several quotes and Dittmer had the best value for the money. They took care of everything, permits, FPL rebates and even registered the units for the warranty. Fast, efficient, professional work and followup. Did a fantastic job. Great family business.

It went very smoothly. Dittmer handled all permits and the FPL Rebate. Their quote came in under a comperable Carrier system. Dittmer was 1 of only 2 companies that including replacing all copper lines as part of the installation. The other companies just quoted flushing the lines. This eliminated 4 other quotes that I received. I was out of town while the work was done. Everything was fines when I returned.

Excellent service, with a few bumps. Was late due to mechanical problems with his service van. Waived initial service call fee because of being late. He had to transfer tools to personal vehicle and completed the work he could, but didn't have al the parts needed to complete the job. Called another crew and they arrived later that afternoon and completed the work. Paid the second crew for work performed. Had a coupon from their website, great discount!. Knowledgeable techs, fixed the problems found quickly and professionally. This company went above and beyond in ensuring they had a satisfied customer.
