We contracted with Direct Metal Roofing when our original roofing contractor (G&G Roofing of Rockledge, FL) repeatedly lied to us, refused to show up after 7 months of waiting, return calls, answer certified letter of inquiry, or even put up tarps to stop water leaks. Max, our sales rep at Direct Metal showed up on time & listened to what we wanted for our new roof. He gave us various options and was not pushy at all & gave us answers to all our questions. He promised our roof in 8-12 weeks but would probably be closer to 12 weeks, Max & office staff kept us up to date as to where we fell on the schedule & had tarps put up to stop the water leaks. Hector called & scheduled the delivery of materials & stated the crew would arrive by the end of the week to remove the old roof & clean up. Shane, our project manager, called to let us know when the new roofing crew would arrive & to let him know if we had any questions. The new crew arrived on time and by Friday our new roof was done. The roof passed every city of Rockledge inspection the 1st time! Shane & crew did a great job and did a very good job of cleaning up around the house when they were done. The staff at Direct Metal kept us well informed and promptly returned any phone call we made.
