COCOA NURSERY

Potential Customers-DO NOT USE COCOA NURSERY. They DO NOT stand behind their product. We spent $1,140.00 to have sod placed and we followed their installation, fertilization, irrigation, and pest control instructions to a "T." 3/4 of the sod died. We attempted to call and email the owners Billy and Jennifer and they would not reply to our numerous phone calls. In our phone messages, we asked that they come out and offer advice as the lawn was dying. We sent pictures of our dying sod via email to which they ignored. We asked them to replace the sod that died; we even wanted to work out a deal where we got re-sodded at cost, but they would not work with us in any way or stand behind their product or service. They cut our cable and the owner wanted to splice it back himself without involving the cable company due to possible costs. Potential Customers-GO TO A REPUTABLE NURSERY that will work with you and stand behind their product instead of cashing your check and ignoring your calls for help. In my opinion, Cocoa Nursery is not worthy of your patronage or your money. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE for your sod and landscaping needs.
