Mike was very professional and gave accurate estimates. He and his team did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone with water and mold issues.

The Coastal Restoration team came on time and went straight to work. They did stretch the carpet to remove most of the puckering on the carpet. However, they were not able to remove them all. Apparently one of the most pronounced ones was a defect in the carpet or because I waited too long to have it re-stretched. They also caused a couple more puckers in the walk-in closet because the door hardware was screwed into the carpet and they didn't remove it. I recommend anyone who wants it perfect to remove the closet door hardware before they start. However, I would use them again as they were professional and came on time.

Mr. Denning, showed up on time, assessed the work, told me what he needed to do and completed the job. He is certified, licensed and insured and is also certified in mold remediation. I was satisfied with Coastline's work.
